    El Shell House es un 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, Golf Villa, con la ubicación perfecta dentro de Edgewater Panama City Beach Resort, no podría ser más ideal para tomar el tranvía en frente, caminando en segundos a casi todo, incluyendo conseguir un bocado para comer o relajarse en la playa. ¡WIFI incluido!

    Las tres habitaciones están terminadas con televisión, ropa de cama cómoda, almohadas de lujo y mantas adicionales. El rey principal y 2 dormitorios de invitados, uno con dos camas dobles, ofrece una increíble vista al campo de golf.

    La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las ollas y sartenes necesarios para disfrutar de una comida o dos y sí, hay una cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, etc. Tenemos muchos asientos para que todos puedan divertirse mientras están de vacaciones, lejos de casa con todas las comodidades y necesidades a mano.

    Un poco sobre el complejo en sí: Edgewater es el único complejo de servicio completo en Panama City Beach. Está completamente cerrada con guardias de seguridad 24/7. El complejo es perfecto para familias y tiene algo para todos: tiendas, restaurantes, salas de juego, una pista de patinaje e incluso una bolera. Con una sorprendente casi 12,000 pies cuadrados. piscina estilo laguna equipada con cascadas y jardines tropicales, los huéspedes podrán relajarse y disfrutar de este complejo. También cuenta con 11 piscinas y 9 con calefacción en todo el complejo, 4 bañeras de hidromasaje, campo de golf de 9 hoyos, tienda profesional, 11 canchas de tenis, actividades programadas para niños (de temporada), un spa de servicio completo, salón y centro de convenciones. Hay entretenimiento junto a la piscina en vivo, deportes acuáticos, alquiler de motos acuáticas y servicio de silla de playa están disponibles por temporada. El mercado de Edgie tiene bebidas, aperitivos, helados, Starbucks y artículos de conveniencia. The stay was amazing. The condo was clean and very homie. We said more than once it was like staying and your own family's place. It was a short walk to the beach and very close to the front gate for easy access. The pool was less 50 yards away and was very convenient. We would 10/10 recommend this place and will do our best to book here in the future.

Lovely visit!

We had such a great time with the family at this unit. It was the perfect walking distance from the beach and made us feel extra secure being in a gated community. The size of the condo was perfect for our family, very clean and put together beautifully with the beach decor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Onsite Dance Competition

We were super close to the venue, a short walk to the resort/beach, and the villa was great! Clean, ready to go when we arrived, tons of space, there were even board games and other niceties to make it more like home. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the Villa 312. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a rental that had so many things to make you feel like you were home. These owners definitely know how to add the “at home” touches to their property. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Booked this place for my nieces Dance event being hosted on the resort. Host made a lot of convenient items available in the Villa like a steamer, batteries, extra bedding, etc. Villa was located centrally between all the pools, resort entrances and event center. Beach and main pool were only 5-10 minute walk away. Restaurants and Groceries were within a 5 minute drive. All around great place to stay for 7 days.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was more spacious than excepted. Everything we needed was there. Great location and wonderful view on the back patio. Quick walk to the beach and very short walk to the pool. We will be back!

Relaxation & Wedding

The Villa was so nice, well-kept, well furnished, well stocked in the kitchen and clean. We had fun feeding the turtles when bread or crackers was thrown out to them. They are huge! We were in town for one of our granddaughters Beach Wedding.

National Dance Comp

Unfortunately the renters prior to us caused some damage in the home that had not been repaired yet. The homeowner was very gracious about it and got all issues resolved quickly. Perfect location to the venue and a fairly easy walk to the main pool and beach at the resort.

Wonderful stay at a clean and well-stocked villa

We had an excellent stay. We were very impressed with the attention to detail with the cleaning - the condo has been well taken care of. Even the inside of the appliances had been thoroughly cleaned. The condo was very well stocked- trash bags, coffee, dishwasher pods. Even games and puzzles to play. The owner was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. Location wise this is very close to the conference center and to the per way to walk over to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient

We enjoyed our stay! We were in the middle of all of the attractions. We actually walked across the road to the bowling alley at Rocket Lane. They had several activities to do in one place, bowling, skating, escape room and all. The house was as just as pictured. We had a very small problem and the host was available and had it taken care of immediately. The host response to all the questions prior to our stay at the house was super fast. Most houses you have buy grocery items such as salt, pepper, oil, trash bags, etc, but they had everything you needed with plenty of cleaning products. Ohhhh the hot water in the bathrooms never went out after several long showers. Yes!!! Rent here!!

Stay for dance competition

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't overlooking the beach but the location ended up being good for the dance competition since we were close to the convention center. Place was nice and had everything we needed. It was a little walk to the beach but not too bad and the trams were pretty frequent so if you really needed it you didn't have to wait too long for one.

Great weekend getaway

This property is well-maintained and the development is professionally managed. I would recommend this unit over and over again. The property manager was easy to work with and was available to answer any and all questions. Highly recommended - 5 stars across the board.

EXCELLENT

Edgewater 312 is and should be the standard for " a home away from home." There is no such thing as " no place like home" because 312 proves that to be a myth. The owners are most prompt with response/assistance. I have almost two decades vacation home/villa stays at panama city beach, which includes stays at my sisters place in Laguna - and she will be hearing from me about my wonderful stay at 312 - Thank you 312 owners this was my absolute best ( and not this is not to flatter you/all) stay in several years.. I am in hopes that I will be able to stay there again when available - thank you bunches 312 owners from me and my son ( who is living with Autism) for a most absolutely comfortable, welcoming, accommodating, clean etc. home away from home stay! R/Nadine .

Great place in PCB

Amazing place to stay for our vacation. Beach was just a 7 or 8 minute walk without having to cross any streets. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to stay.
