The Palms, hot tub, pool

The Palms is just a few minutes walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Laguna Beach. There's an ocean view from the top floor, a community pool, hot tub to and charcoal grills to enjoy. If you're looking for a relaxing get-away you can kick back and stay home just minutes from the beach, or there's plenty of shopping and entertainment just a short drive away at Pier Park, 30A or Panama City. There's dolphin shows, Ripley's believe it or not, Amusement Parks, go carts, water parks, scuba, snorkeling, jet skis, night life, all in the local area.

This listing has 1 covered spot reserved for parking. There is overflow spot on the side of the building but it's 1st come 1st serve. Do NOT park in front of other cars. If you bring 2 cars and an overflow spot isn't available, you can park behind your OWN car sideways but you must only block people in your own party with the 2nd vehicle and not restrict the driveway path at all. Do not bring more than 2 cars unless you plan on parking them offsite. If you block other peoples car your car may be towed. This is the top 2 floors of a 3 story townhome It is not wheelchair accessible.. There is a shared front hallway, and the bottom floor and top 2 floors are separated with their own private coded door entrance.

It was a wonderful place,but could of been more accurate on the description of the property, my daughter thats in a wheel chair had to scoot up the 1st set of stairs,didnt describe that there was a set of steps going into the property

Solid Place To Stay At

There are plenty of beds to sleep people. My trip had 7 in our group and we all slept comfortably. I’ve definitely stayed at nicer places in the past but it’s a great option for a group of young adults looking for a place to stay. It’s right next to the pool and the jacuzzi. The walk to the beach is right across the street. The only thing keeping me from giving this place a 5 star is the cleanliness of it and you can just tell younger crowds have beaten it up a little bit.

Very disappointed with our stay

We weren't able to access the property any earlier than 4pm. When we got to the place at 4pm, the cleaning lady was still inside cleaning & doing laundry. There was food splatter all over the oven hood and cabinets. The cabinets in the upstairs bathroom were dirty. The couch was broken. My husband took pictures of the broken couch, other things that were broken, and the filth. There was candy wrappers, dust, sand, and shoes from a previous tenant under the couch. One couch was so old and fifty, that it has a cover over it. There is a mold problem in the upstairs bathroom. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the unit. There is also another until below this unit. There is barely any parking. They were doing construction on the first unit, and the construction company left debris all over the parking lot. My daughter cut her foot up badly walking to the beach. I am very disappointed in our stay. We won't be back.

Location, location, location!

Nice, clean condo in an excellent location. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations in the Panama City Beach area and this one was pretty much what we could have expected in comparison. Most importantly, the owner/property manager was very responsive to our requests for assistance when needed, and that means a lot when communicating by email. We will definitely consider stayin here in the future.

The pictures of this condo is very deceiving! The pictures give the impression that this is a newer upkept area. There was remodeling going on and a whole lot that needed to be done to this particular condo. The appearance on the inside of the condo was not good at all. This condo needs deep cleaning and more attention the overall unit. The walls were filthy! Carpet was in horrible shape and the living room furniture was not as pictured. The unit was still being cleaned when we arrived at check in time. NO I will not be renting this condo again.

Clean, comfortable condo close to the beach

The property was very clean. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We all thought the place was nice and had adequate room for all of us to stay without feeling like we were on top of each other. To get to the beach, all we had to do was cross the street. The beach area closest to the condo was NOT very crowded which was ideal during COVID. Only negative was we could not figure out how to watch anything other than TNT on the tv.

Not a nice visit

Bugs,ants and centapide even in the bed. Carpet nasty and worn out, furniture old and worn out, air conditioning didn't work well ,nasty dishes in the dish washer, it didn't work well, we had to wash all the nasty dishes someone else left.tvs didn't work. The place needed a good cleaning all over the ceiling fans were covered about 1 inch in crap. Would stay again and would not recommend it to anyone

Nice place

The place was very nice, big, had all essentials to cook and close to the beach, even had it's own pool and hot tub the first 4 days the hot tub was yellow and green and smelled bad but the last day couple days we were there someone cleaned it and changed the water because it was different color clean and smelled like bleach. The weather wasnt that great a couple days we were there and we found a cockroach in the upstairs room. But other than that it was an awesome stay.

We loved the condo!

This condo was the perfect space for our family. The set up was perfect considering we had four children with us. Great location- Pier Park is just minutes away, and it’s a very short stroll to get to the ocean. We would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect !! I could not have asked for a better place to stay!!

The property was amazing. The house had everything that I need in the kitchen and every part of the house (bedrooms and bathrooms) . Everything was so clean and neat which made our stay so wonderful. The kids loved the pool also. The weather was not good at all the entire time of our stay but the house made up for that. I will check with The Palms first for my next vacation.
