The home was exactly as described and it was perfect for our families to stay. It was spacious enough for 3 families to enjoy not being on top of each other. The pool was great for our kiddos to enjoy. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We searched numerous properties and locations and landed on this house. Beautiful house with perfect beach access. Beach traffic minimal. We reserved this house for a bachelorette stay and it was everything we wanted! Anytime I texted with a question regarding the property, I was greeted promptly and kindly. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spring Break

What a beautiful property for our spring break! The house was recently renovated and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a week away from home. The golf cart and the ice machine were welcomed amenities for days spent at the beach and the heated pool was used daily! Cant wait to return to Laguna Beach next year.

The house was enjoyable and comfortable for the most part. We did have a few issues however the property manager was very quick to respond & was super nice! I think I would definitely use this property management group to rent again.

Amazing week at the beach!

This property is just like the pictures. Plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. The pool was wonderful even without being heated, the golf cart is a must, and the ice machine was used daily. I highly recommend this property.

Beach Trip At Laguna Beach

Place was very clean and the pool was so fun for the little one’s having a shallow area to play on. The ice maker was such a Wonderful asset to have! Air worked Great! We as a Family had a Wonderful time at the house and the beach! The water was Beautiful ❤️

Perfect vacation home

Close to beach! Bathrooms are new and nice!! LOTS of kitchen room and every pot you need. The island is perfect to prep and all sit to eat together. Ice maker makes it so much easier! Wine/Bev cooler is the best! Only 1 set of steps. Shaded area pool. Golf cart a plus!! LOVED IT!

Great house great location.

We had a nice stay at that's what sea said. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house i liked the kitchen setup with the long counter top that everyone could sit and have dinner. I am a family man and love all things family. The pool is a bit small for everyone to enjoy 9 adults and 2 kids under 12, the pictures are a little deceiving but still a great pool. Now a far as location a block from the beach, you can't beat it. We ended up renting the golf cart and it was nice we were able to get around everywhere down the strip with plenty of battery life. We lived our stay here and will deal with Warren rentals again!

When we decided to go back to Panama City Beach again this fall we immediately called Warren Beach Rentals to reserve Thats What Sea Said! Everything is illustrated as listed 🙂management was speedy when I sent request for pool service and maintenance. Walmart is 10 minutes away along with Publix Super market. Ice machine was excellent !! Golf cart was plus when driving down to beach a block from residence. Bed was exceptional comfortable that I slepted in (king bed room to the right of entrance hallway )☺️All rooms had big screens where everyone was able to watch smart tv apps with their favorite shows🙂Thanks again to Management Mitch for helpful services ‼️

Perfect location and great home!

We had an absolute wonderful time on our stay. The house is very roomy and held all 7 of us with plenty of room for more. The pool was a huge bonus with the beach being double red flags most of our stay. Honestly it saved our trip! You can tell the place was recently remodeled and very very clean. My wife fell in love with the couch downstairs! The ice maker is a game changer and absolutely rent the golf cart. It’s absolutely a short enough walk to the beach but who wants to walk on vacation right? It’s a 30 second ride on the cart! I can’t say enough good things about the place honestly. Great location and great property. We won’t stay in this area again if it’s not in this house. I’d recommend it to anyone!

The house was perfect for our needs!

We have a large family with almost every age. The house was just what we needed. The layout and decor was wonderful. The bunk room was great for the kids and the 4 full bathrooms were a must. All of the mattresses and couch were very comfortable and there was a ton of extra pillows and blankets. They provided everything we needed in the kitchen and the absolute best feature was the huge ice maker! That was so amazing to have. The pool was perfect for all of our kids. The younger ones could swim in the shallow end and the older ones loved the deep end. The outdoor shower was another added feature that helped tremendously because sand gets everywhere! The house is in a quieter section away from the tourist area. The beach was a very short walk from the house and easy to get to. There were plenty of chairs, toys, umbrella, boards, lifejackets, and a cooler and cart. So handy! We didnt rent the golf cart but wished we had. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for providing us with a great location for our family vacation.

Amazing, would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect. We had 7 teenagers that stayed in the upstairs rooms and 3 adults that stayed in the two downstairs rooms. The bathrooms were all great sizes and so were the bedrooms. The beach access had plenty of parking for the golf cart, and was literally at the end of the street. I highly recommend getting the golf cart. It was worth it. The pool was nice also and the back porch was shaded and very relaxing. Not far from pier park and or the Publix. They were very responsive to all my questions before we arrived and we had a great experience. The ice maker is a huge plus and the kitchen was very well stocked. Also very clean when we arrived. The end of the beach we were on was true to what it listed. Not a lot of high rise condos so the beach was way less crowded. We took our own canopy and beach chairs but they did have all the beach equipment listed. We did not expect the pool guy to show up unannounced on Wednesday mid day but he was very fast and friendly so it was not a problem. Highly recommend "That's what Sea Said"
