You won’t want to leave! Gorgeous gulf views from every room with amazing floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows. The beauty of the Emerald Coast is simply breathtaking, the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The layout here is unique, spacious and updated! You will enjoy relaxing on the fabulous, covered balcony or try out the beach chair service provided for your in season stay. Everything here is very clean including the air! Your vacation home is protected by bacteria killing UV technology within the air conditioning equipment. The cooling/heating system is treated with an odor free anti-microbial product on a regular basis.
This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front. Beach service included during season. Starting Aug. 18th 2025 the resort is doing a major project to last until March 13th 2026. From 8/28/25-11/28/25 the east pool will be closed, from 10/20/25-3/13/26 the west pool will be closed, the main pool will be closed 11/28/25-1/30/26.

• Living room has large comfortable sectional couch with pullout sleeper, large smart tv, balcony access
• Dining area has table with 6 chairs and kitchen counter has 4 cushioned stools
• Kitchen is fully stocked; coffee maker, coffee grinder, (you bring the coffee!) blender, toaster, cookware and dishes
• Both bathrooms have double sinks, good counter space and great water pressure in the showers! Linens, hair dryers and magnifying mirrors
• Bedroom one has comfortable king bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet and balcony access
• Bedroom two has two comfortable queen beds, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet and balcony access
• Full sized washer, dryer and iron with ironing board
• Free WIFI and cable tv are included in your stay
Unit door code is changed for every new guest

Long Beach Resort offers three pools, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful sandy beach right out the back door with coded access. Long Beach is a gated community with 24 hour security and high speed elevators for your convenience.
Panama City Beach is a great area to spend time with family and friends. We are close to shopping, lots of attractions and golf courses. The resort offers carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during spring break) You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person that is at least 25 for every two people under 25 years old. This condo is very popular so don’t wait to book your home away from home special vacation.

Amazing views!

The condo has amazing views from living room to both bedrooms. The patio is large and perfect views! Loved the updated decor and proximity to shops and restaurants! Parking lot is on street level with guard at gate. The beach umbrella and chairs were included and great to have when going to the beach. Beach towels not provided. Beautiful condo and great stay at PCB beach!

Nice condo and great location

We enjoyed ourself at your condo The view is amazing, Nice to have loungers and a table and chairs on the large balcony. Doors leading from bedrooms were convenient could go on balcony and not disturb other occupants. Beds were very comfortable. Walmart right across the street which makes going to grocery easy. The bar stools and table chairs are a little tall for short folks. There could be a little updating of things. Sliding door does not have a working lock so this would be a concern if you have little ones. Parking lot is secured and monitored that is a plus. overall we would stay in this condo again.

The BEST location!

Nobody mentioned in their previous reviews exactly how great the condo location was in regards to the elevator and beach access! Seriously superb! The view from every room, was something I can’t even put into words! Absolutely beautiful!! Also we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and sweet treats! I walked with just myself and my children and felt very safe! The security guards at the gated entrance are also so nice and kept an eye on us! GREAT place and we WILL be back!!

Amazing Condo!

I have stayed at the Long Beach several times over the years, but this unit is my favorite so far. Very clean, well accommodated and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Allowed us to really relax and enjoy vacation even more. The beds were very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Condo!

This condo is beautiful! We have visited PCB many times and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The Condo building itself was also very nice. Parking lot is right in front of the building so no long walk across the street from a parking garage. Check-in was effortless and everything was very clean, Looking forward to staying here again!!!

Check carefully

The setup and views were great as pictured. The condo was obviously not cleaned. We had a table lamp with no knob to turn it on and several other lights out. The biggest issue was a washing machine that was not working and unavailable for the whole week. We weren't provided clean towels until the last day and we then only received 3 for 4 people. We had to deal with sandy beach towels for the whole time since we could not clean them. Could be a nice place with proper care and management.

BEST CONDO EVER!

This condo is spectacular. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, and right on the beach. The 11th floor balcony view is amazing. We never had to contact maintenance or housekeeping because everything was perfect! The location is perfect for walking to so many restaurants and attractions. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Sister’s birthday

Went with 2 of my sisters and 1 brother-in-law. It was my oldest sister’s birthday. She turned 64 and going to Florida was on her bucket list. The rest of us had been several times. This was THE BEST CONDO I’ve ever stayed in and will definitely be back. It was the best location , close to the elevator that was also close to condo beach access. We loved it all. The decor, furniture, the windows and view…EVERYTHING was great. She said best birthday ever. Thank you. I’ll be back.
