  • Sunsplash está convenientemente ubicado justo en frente del vecindario Seacrest, por lo que está directamente frente a la piscina de 12,000 pies cuadrados y muy cerca (~ 100yds) de la playa y las tiendas / restaurantes en Rosemary y Alys. Si mira el mapa a continuación, verá que es la primera casa a la derecha cuando ingresa al vecindario (pero no directamente en 30A, por lo que no hay ruido de la calle).

    Sin vecinos en 3 lados, Sunsplash tiene mucha privacidad, especialmente en la terraza de la azotea donde puedes disfrutar de vistas panorámicas del Golfo y espectaculares puestas de sol. Está en una tranquila calle sin salida donde los niños pueden jugar y andar en bicicleta. Y, es solo un paseo de 3 minutos por un camino privado con palmeras hasta la playa.     Nos encanta cocinar y entretener, así que hemos abastecido la cocina con todo lo que necesitará para preparar una comida gourmet.     Seacrest es un lugar ideal para familias y personas de todas las edades. Camine por las calles de adoquines en el vecindario de Seacrest, pasee en bicicleta por el pintoresco 30-A, disfrute de conciertos gratuitos y películas al aire libre, cene en restaurantes informales y gourmet, y deje que los niños corran a la heladería y la tienda de dulces.

    Un viaje en automóvil de 15 minutos hacia el este lo llevará a Pier Park. Este centro comercial interior / exterior cuenta con un magnífico cine nuevo, excelentes restaurantes, tiendas divertidas y toneladas de actividades para niños y familias. Seaside, Watercolour y Grayton Beach están a unos 10 a 15 minutos en coche. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Destin, parques acuáticos y varios campos de golf se encuentran a poca distancia en coche.

    Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra casa de playa y que tenga recuerdos maravillosos y duraderos. Tómate una bebida o toma tu libro favorito y sube las escaleras a la terraza de la azotea y relájate ... ¡serán unas GRANDES vacaciones!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location to pool and beach as well as restaurants! Amenities were as stated. We had ample space for our families 7 adults and 4 littles. We enjoyed all of the decks!

We had an excellent experience at Sunsplash. We traveled with a family group of 12, which included 6 children ages 9 and under. The space was more than adequate and the location was superb! The home is positioned at the front of the Seacrest community It is lovely, very comfortable, adequately stocked and sits close to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Walking everywhere was so easy! Greg was thorough in all communications and very prompt in answering my few questions. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay overall, with an amazing location and fantastic access to both the beach and pool. The home itself is a bit dated but was fairly clean. The owner was very responsive and even offered to have the cleaning crew return, which we really appreciated. While not everything is always within their control off-site, they did everything they could to make it right. We would definitely recommend this rental again—it’s hard to beat the location.

Great location. Easy access

Overall good experience. Easy access to pool, beach, and restaurants. House was not super clean, a towel left on porch from previous stay, there was a clogged sink upstairs, and random maintenance items like loose light switches / without screws, damaged interior door, etc.

Wonderful week in the Sunsplash!

House was in a perfect location- pool across the street, stores/restaurants a few minutes walk away & easy access to tram to get to the beach! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch and utilizing the fun beach toys/chairs. I would definitely recommend staying at this house to other friends and would come back again! Thanks for letting us make memories in your home!

Our Family Easter Vacation 2025

The property was just as the pictures posted! It was perfect for our family of 11. The location was excellent and very close to everything. Made staying very nice for us with little ones. I highly recommend this house. You will enjoy every single moment while there. We will definitely return !!!!

Great location!!

This property was in the best location! Walking distance to Alys or Rosemary beach without the price tag. This house is near the entrance of the neighborhood. So it’s really close to the beach. It’s directly across from the pool. The kids pool is fantastic! There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very easy to book and check in. Highly recommend.

Great for large parties and location is perfect!

This rental is perfect for large parties. We had 2 families staying in this property. This house is directly across from the pool and just minutes to the beach via the walkway. The property manager/owner is so responsive and easy to communicate with. The rental is located right between all the action in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Publix is a quick drive to grab essentials. We had a great stay! I would recommend this vacation rental and would return again.

GREAT location!! BEAUTIFUL house and pool!!

This house was the PERFECT house and location for our annual family vacation!! So clean!! Nice owners!! House is very close to the pool so it was perfect to go back and forth for snacks and naps!! Definitely recommend! We will be back!!

Great location and great house

This was our second stay at Sunsplash. Owner is very communicative and responsive and the house is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach and all that Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary have to offer. The house has very comfortable beds, a kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, and lovely porches for hanging out. We will be back.

It doesn’t get much better than this…

Sunsplash exceeded our expectations! To start off, the host provided all the info we needed, and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The home was absolutely amazing! I won’t go room by room, but it was clean, beautifully decorated and we felt like we were at home. Enough space for two families to live comfortably. The pool was beautiful and the beach was a very short walk. There were lots of shops within walking distance and everyone was so polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Enjoyed

We enjoyed the location to all things! Beach, pool, and eateries are all very walkable. Great recommendations in the binder. Layout was perfect and the rooftop patio was a nice hang in the evening! Upon arrival, we did have to wipe down counters and sweep. The kitchen must have been missed. Coffee on the front porch was peaceful. Siding could use a sweep with all the webs. Loved having laundry on site! Overall, we enjoyed!

Fun at the Beach

The property is in a great location. The property manager responded very quickly to our concerns. The house was not clean at all. Bathrooms were terrible. By reading the description I was under the impression there were four mater bedrooms but there were only two master bedroom and a total of four bathrooms.

Incredible Location and great overall experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunsplash at Seacrest Beach. The location of the property couldn't have been any better. You are walking distance from many restaurants, the beach, the pool, bicycle rental, and just about anything else you can think of. In the main living area, you can open the big doors up in the front and just enjoy the fresh air! We had ample room for everyone and we were comfortable. The only reason for a "4" rating is that the house is a little worn in spots. The owner was attentive and dealt with any issues we had. It was very clean, just worn in some areas. He continues to invest in the property and it is evident. For example, he has just invested in the bathrooms and floors. Overall, it was good value for the location and we would consider staying there again!

Great location

Had a fabulous week at Sunsplash! Greg was responsive to texts, calls, and emails prior to our arrival and very accommodating. The house had new flooring and fresh paint. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all loved being so close to the pool, shops, and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beach was packed. We got there at 6:15 most mornings to stake our spot near the water. The pictures online need to be updated. I understand the floors and paint are new and the owner probably hasn't had a chance to show that in the pictures. The kitchen cabinets don't look anything like the pics. I would have like to have seen more pictures of the interior of the house rather than the exterior, common areas, or general area (pool, beach, peddlers pavilion). It was difficult to identify which bedrooms were masters. There were pictures of only 2 of the bathrooms. There were some beach chairs and beach toys available for our use. The extra large washer and dryer were great. Loved the outside shower.

Summer Vacation

Nothing but great things to say about the property! The location is fantastic with a short easy walk to the beach and the pool is literally right across the street. With small children this is great for breaks and such because it is so easy to get back to the house and eat or rest. We have been to Florida 10 years now for summer break and this was by far the best location we have been too. We also enjoyed the fact that everything you need is within walking distance minus the grocery store but it is only a few minute drive. A close second the the location was the communication with the owners. They were great to work with and extremely fast to respond to questions. Thanks for a great trip and we will try and come back for sure!
