Welcome to Grand Panama 1806.
Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.
Our beachfront unit is on the 18th floor, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand,

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We ended up having to move units due to an air-conditioning issue, but once we moved things got on track. The unit was mostly clean, but I did find some trash behind the garbage can in the master bedroom and the countertops in the kitchen seemed gritty. Also, out on the balcony there were cigarette butts. Nothing too huge, but could have been better. The master bed was very uncomfortable and I asked for an egg crate to put on top of the mattress which was provided. That helped, but still was not comfortable. The unit was very attractive and we did enjoy our stay but the furniture could have been more comfortable. The pool was amazing and the staff was excellent.

Such a breath taking view of the ocean was just the getaway we needed. Did not expect the condo to be on the 18th floor which made the view that much better. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Owners supplied beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. Along with board games to stay entertained while indoors. Kitchen area had all of you main basics to cook and eat a meal. I would suggest that if you stay here don’t forget your salt and cooking oil like I did. Other than that I didn’t need a thing. Beds were comfortable and condo temperature was perfect. I would though say that my kid who slept on the hallway bunk bed complained that that area was a bit warmer to sleep at at night. Also Owner responds quick and very helpful. Aside from the condo being great we loved the resort. Pools were clean, tiki bar was a plus since the offered food and beverages. Resort is on point with the rules. Keep your parking tag on or you will get a boot put on your vehicle. Happened to us but they took it off for free. Parking in the garage is first come first serve but they offer next door overage parking. Parking tag is 50 for first vehicle and 30 for second. Also if you’re bringing pets keep in mind resort charges 25 per pet for the pet leash tag. Would add that this condo is not near many attractions so you will have to drive. We didn’t mind since we went for the beach and beach only.

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach and restaurants. We were however disappointed in the clearness of our condo. The floors were not clean. When we came we always take off our shoes there was dog hair all over the place. Yes we did rent a pet friendly place because we thought about bringing our dog but decided not to. But we did not expect to have our socks covered with dog hair either way. Stains were on the main bedroom sheets and comforter. The washer & dryer need to be replaced.

Views were amazing! Location of property was within walking distance to a lot of good spots. Kids loved the arcade machine in the condo. Pool was clean and plenty of room when crowded. The tiki bar was a huge hit.

Great location, but poorly cleaned

The location of the property is what makes it appealing. We arrived sat, July 23 after 6 pm due to the email that states that if you arrive at 4 pm check-in that if the cleaning service doesn’t arrive prior than it will it remain as is. There was dried up blood on the pillows, I was promised new ones which never arrived. The comforters had holes. The toilet seat was severely stained promises someone would arrive to clean and no one showed up. I would of never complained about the toilet if there would be some type of cleaning supplies. I literally washed all the bedding and went out to buy cleaning supplies why pay a cleaning fee if I had to literally do it my self? Main reason I’m leaving a review so low is due to the lack of following through by property manager. I wish I could attach images of conversation and of toilet, and the bedding sadly they never came as promised. If these things aren’t an issue for you than it’s a great location.

Just ok

Including pot holders and cookie sheets in the kitchen would be helpful along with a couple of hand towels. The cleaning before arrival was lacking. Toilets weren’t very clean, socks in a bed, items under beds, pull out bed from couch very dirty, balcony patio was not clean either, telescope on balcony is broke. Labeling the size of the bunkbeds in the listing would be helpful too.

First Family Vacation to Panama City Beach, FL

From the parking deck, covered walk bridge, elevators, hallways, 2 bed suite, swimming pool and surrounding grounds, cleanliness was of obvious importance during our stay. We weren't sure about being on the 18th floor with a small dog, but there were rare elevator waits and the ocean front view was fantastic. We couldn't see sunrises from the angle of our room, but the sunsets were beautiful. We all felt quite comfortable in this bright, beach-themed condo.

Not clean

The beach, the view and the resort were beautiful. Our unit was not clean… in fact, it was very dirty. Upon arrival, there was excessive dirt, crumbs, dust, hair, fur found throughout, including the floors, hide-a-bed, inside chair cusions, corners, balcolny, furniture, etc. The toilet did not work due to a broken chain. The unit was not well supplied. Had to go to the store first day for dishsoap, handsoap, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. Kitchen not supplied with salt/pepper, etc., a baking sheet or a pizza pan, oven mit, etc. The dryer was very inconsistent in how it worked; some loads would dry as expected, other times it took 3 or more cycles. I would stay at this resort again, but I would not stay at a property managed by Warren Beach Rentals.
