"Sunkissed" Home with Private Pool in Carillon Beach. 3 min walk to the beach!

"Sunkissed" is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in the lovely private gated Carillon Beach neighborhood! Just a 3 minute walk to the nearest walkover and you have arrived to our gorgeous white sand beaches! Sunkissed is situated on a large lot with a private pool perfect to cool off after a long day at the beach. The house has a cozy open floor plan with an updated kitchen with newer LG appliances and beautiful custom cabinetry. The main floor has a queen bedroom and attached full bathroom that is shared with the common areas. Convenient Main floor laundry room. Upstairs you will find a bunk bed nook perfect for kids and two spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms upstairs can act as a master bedroom with king beds and full private bathrooms. In the family room on the main floor the chair and a half folds out to a twin sleeper. Sunkissed has a fully stocked kitchen and large dining room perfect for family meals! Please reach out to Tara with any questions you may have. Sunkissed is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! If you haven't visited Carillon Beach, it is almost impossible to describe. I can guarantee once you give it a chance, you will never vacation anywhere else!

The Community does charge a $37.50 fee per vehicle parked at the house.

Sunkissed includes beach service for 4 from March 1- October 31, weather permitting (4 lounges and 2 umbrellas).

The private pool will have a heater installed in the fall of 2023 and will have the option to be heated at the cost of $350.00 per week. The Belleview park carillon pool is heated and is only a 1-2 minute walk away!

What a great week at “Sunkissed”!

We had a fantastic week! The house is well kept, perfect location, and the pool was a blast! The kitchen has everything you need (we cook a lot for our family of 6)- baking supplies, fantastic outside gas grill, blender, air fryer, etc! Tara the property manager was incredible with communication and recommendations. The washing machine broke the day before we arrived and Tara went above and beyond to ensure we had a new washing machine quickly. We cannot recommend this property enough- was a wonderful week for our family!

Steps from the beautiful beach

We had a wonderful time with grandkids. So close to the beach . The kids loved the pool at the house , swam after dinner many nights. Beach was so full of shells and the white sand was amazing. Neighborhood was nice ,with beautiful homes. Thank you Tara for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Wonderful Home

Great VRBO rental. Home has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Short walk to beach with cabana setup included. Pool large enough for family of 6. Natural gas grill for home dining. Very comfortable development for children's safety.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed.

We had a wonderful time at Sunkissed. We had one small issue and Tara took care of it in 24 hours and communicated very well about it. It was great to have so much space and chairs on the beach. I would highly recommend Sunkissed and any property run by Tara.

A Weekend to Remember

Sunkissed was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. Our host took great care of us and everything was perfect, including going the extra mile for a special request for our guests. Thank you for being a part of a very important weekend for our family!

Great location

We loved our stay at Sunkissed. It was the perfect property for our group full of little ones! The walk to the beach is so easy, the reserved chairs is fantastic, and the pool was perfect! Great size for everyone. Would recommend!

The best trip ever

We have stayed in many homes on trips like this and there was just something special about this one. It fit our family perfectly, was clean and very well maintained. The location was absolutely perfect for us with a mixture of little kids and teens. The pool was a huge perk when we were tired but still wanted to enjoy our day. This management was quick to respond when we didn’t know how to work the hurricane doors, etc. 😬 We can’t wait to go back.

House was clean and very cozy. In a great neighborhood, two minute walk to the beach. Publix right across the street making it easy to buy groceries for the week. Backyard has a beautiful pool set up. Highly Recommend!

Mostly good to very good

House and grounds were well cleaned, equipped, and in order. Pool lights did not work and no one came out to fix after being notified by us. More info on pool use would have helped. Big, brown storage box near pool could have been gone through to remove broken/unusable items. Slider screen door found to be broken and left near pool equipment. Screen door should have been fixed or removed from premises. Driveway is NOT WIDE ENOUGH! The only fix I can think of is to remove divider fence and plants so that parking does not require surgical precision. Front and side door locks/latches could use a “tune up” to increase ease of use and boost confidence in their reliability. Printed info on door use would have been helpful as well. I would replace white couches (that were found to be slightly stained) with couches that have a more “forgiving” color. But, all in all, we enjoyed our stay and liked the house.

…Wow! This home was wonderful and everything we could imagine. Very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything needed! The area was quiet and very peaceful. The short walk to the beach was awesome, and the pool was a plus! This house does not disappoint! Would gladly return and recommend to anyone!

Greatly loved this rental - usually we like to try different places for vacation, BUT this is one I'd love to return to. The neighborhood was so lovely (we took so many walks) and the private beach access was key (not really any "crowds" to speak of)! It was very windy and red flags most days we were there, so the private pool was great to have for the children to play in (too cold for adults, but will be amazing once the owner has time to get operational!). We had six adults and four children plus three cars, and the house easily accomodated us for a comfortable stay - loved that the upstairs had two king beds.

Best Getaway for Girls Weekend

We had an amazing time celebrating our sister's birthday in this beautiful home in a darling community. Just a short walk to the sugar sand beach surrounded by charming beach homes. It was perfection! We can't wait to come back!

Spring Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed this property! We loved that it was located in a small gated community with a beautiful private beach, swimming pools and restaurants. The house was great. It was well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The private Swimming pool at the house was an added bonus. We will definitely make this a family tradition and book year after year.
