The Space:

First Floor: Upon entry, you'll find a welcoming open area featuring three Pottery Barn bunk beds and a convenient half bath. Adjacent are two bedrooms: one with a King bed and another with a Queen bed, sharing a full bathroom. Step outside to two covered patios, one offering a tranquil seating area and an outdoor shower.



Second Floor: The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa (including a queen sleeper), a loveseat, a large cushioned chair, and a game table with two chairs. A bench adds additional seating, perfect for gatherings. The open kitchen and dining area provide ample space for meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances and expansive granite countertops. The dining area leads to a screened-in porch, ideal for enjoying sunsets. This level also includes a bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom. Two decks are accessible from this floor: one at the back with dining table and 4 chairs and another at the front overlooking the pool.



Third Floor: The entire third floor comprises the master suite, featuring a King bed, a private sitting area, and large windows . A private area with a set of bunk beds and a TV provides additional sleeping space. The master bathroom boasts double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A large desk offers a workspace with water views.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all areas of this luxurious house. Enjoy the private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, and take advantage of the easy beach access for sun-soaked days. Inside, you'll have access to the spacious living areas, including the living room, dining area, and screened-in porch. The well-equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals. Take in an afternoon of shopping at Rosemary Beach or 30Avenue which is a 3-5 minute walk or short bike ride from the house. Getting Around:

Getting around Sugar Sands Serenity is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for multiple vehicles. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While Inlet Beach is best explored by car, you'll find convenient access to nearby attractions and dining. Consider using ride-sharing services for shorter trips or exploring the 30A corridor.

Please note: Any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear available are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
