Relaxation comes easy in our three spacious bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space so you can feel right at home. The master bedroom even has a dedicated office area with an electronic standing desk and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work.

Two full bathrooms are located upstairs, while a convenient half-bath is located on the main level near the kitchen. With modern fixtures, bright lighting, and vinyl plank floors, our bathrooms offer a stylish and comfortable experience.

Other Things to Note:
★This house would NOT be a good fit for groups whose true intent is to party. Large gatherings will be shut down and guest will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund. The minimum age requirement to book is 25.

★You will have parking for three total vehicles which includes the use of the garage. Street parking is NOT permitted.
★The entrance to the garage is small so please be careful when entering if you intend to use it. There is no key pad for the garage so you'll have to open it from the inside.

★Please respect our check out times to ensure that we have enough time to clean and prepare for the next guests.

★For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have one external Ring Doorbell camera located at the front door of the property.

POOL RULES:
★Hours are 8:00 AM to dusk
★There is NO lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
★No pets in the pool area
★No glass containers in the pool area
★The pool load is maximum 30 people
★No food is allowed in the pool
★No climbing on gates/fences/handicapped chair lift/fountains or rock columns
★No one under the age of 12 is allowed to enter without adult supervision
★No running
★No diving
★No smoking inside the pool gated area
