  • Mi patio está justo en la arena blanca azucarada, y en el muy buscado "West End" de Panama City Beach. Estacione su vehículo justo afuera de la puerta de mi Townhome. ¡Camina directamente hacia el control deslizante de la puerta trasera y hacia el patio privado, y luego directamente sobre la arena azucarada, para aplastarlo entre los dedos de los pies y tomar los rayos del sol en la playa! ¡Siéntate en el patio o en la arena, o da un paseo por la playa para sentir la brisa del golfo !. Cuando esté listo para darse un chapuzón, camine directamente desde el patio hasta la arena y luego directamente a las hermosas aguas color esmeralda del Golfo de México. O, si te gusta pescar, ¡trae tu equipo y lanza una línea al océano desde la playa de tu patio trasero!
    Estará en un área muy segura, tranquila y orientada a la familia, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para participar en tantas actividades como desee.

    Si decide dar un paseo en auto, solo hay 6 millas hasta el Parque Frank Brown, donde se realizan juegos de pelota, conciertos, piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, y otras actividades de manera regular. Si tiene ganas de ir a Pier Park, solo hay unas 7 millas para disfrutar de compras, restaurantes, conciertos, pescar en el muelle y una amplia gama de otros eventos. Si tiene ganas de jugar al golf, está a poca distancia en automóvil de nuestra casa adosada a excelentes campos de golf: el Holiday Golf Club - 9 millas, el Hombre Golf Club - 12 millas y el Signal Hill Golf Club - 13 millas. Asegúrese de empacar su refrigerador y algunas sillas para visitar St. Andrew State Park, haga un viaje de pesca o vea los barcos de pesca en alta mar que llegan cada tarde a Treasure Island Marina, con botes llenos de peces. El Silver Sands Outlet Mall está a solo 25 millas en auto hacia el oeste desde mi casa adosada.

    Para los amantes de los ciclistas y ciclistas, estamos convenientemente ubicados a pocos kilómetros de Pier Park, el concesionario Harley Davidson y el concesionario indio, para los próximos eventos durante la semana de Thunder Beach. Normalmente hay una gran exhibición de algunas de las hermosas bicicletas en Pier Park.

Probably the best Florida beach location we’ve ever stayed in. If you hate elevators, fighting for space on the beach and crowds but love convenience, a great host and nice condo - this is your place! There’s a lot to be said for unloading your car at the front door and walking out the back door straight onto the beach!!

Amazing beachfront condo!

Loved everything about our stay here! Walk straight out off the patio and directly onto the sand. Unit was very nice and clean, convenient location, beautiful beach - awesome experience all around! Will definitely be back!

Steps to the beach

Only 5 steps out the sliding door and you had your toes in the sand. Great place to be on the beach and in the ocean! Convenient to groceries and local restaurants. Still close enough for tourist attractions (30 minutes) Ideal location for a quieter side of the Gulf.

Such an amazing place!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, open the back door and you’re on a beautiful private beach, it wasn’t crowded at all which is why we chose this place. The sunsets here are stunning, with white sands and clear water, it’s hard to leave the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay, the owner is extremely nice and is happy to hear about the great time you had at her place. I can’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!

Great Family Vacation Location

We highly recommend Gloria’s home to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation. The location couldn’t be better. It’s literally right on the beach which made it super easy to get our three young kids outside and having fun. Her home was clean and spacious. Gloria was also very nice to work with and kept great communication with me regarding our stay.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect. RIGHT on the beach. Gloria was quick to respond. And the condo was exactly as described. Location was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants but NOT near a high rise so beach wasn’t crowded. We would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Love this townhome!! Perfect quiet location, straight off the patio is the beach, great views, clean, decorated beautifully, and owner thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable. Our first time staying here. Will be back!!! No complaints! Perfect!

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Beach Oasis

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Being right on the beach was a game changer. I was able to rest in bed and listen to the ocean and my kids were able to do their own thing but still be close. Family time on our own stretch of private beach could not have been more satisfying or relaxing. Also, being able to go into the hub to shop or eat with a quick drive and then come back to the QUIET was everything I could ask for in a beach vacation. Thank you for the space to make amazing memories.

Wonderful Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk out the back door and already be on the beach! Perfect for little kids who love the sand! Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great!

Great vacay!

Loved our stay at your beautiful townhome! Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and we only had to step outside to the sand. The owner was very easy to work with and has a beautiful townhome on the beach!

Fantastic Week!

As soon as we entered the property, I felt AT HOME. The decor and furnishings are lovely but not ostentatious and just so comforting! The kitchen appliances are top notch, everything was very clean, supplies to clean up after ourselves were easy to find. The most fantastic parts of this property are the amazing view, the accessibility to the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean just relax every nerve. Our kids played right off the back porch and then we could go down to the water anytime. A storm had also come through before we got there and there were gorgeous shells everywhere! We had a thoroughly wonderful time at Gloria's place, and I highly, highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. We loved that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was definitely not overcrowded; in fact, we would have never known it was Spring Break had we not traveled to PCB or Destin. Also, Gloria was very easy to work with. We would definitely look to return in the future.

Incredible Location and Townhome

This was our second year staying in Gloria’s townhome for spring break. You literally step off your patio and onto the beach. The location CAN NOT be beat! My 5 and 7 year olds loved playing in the very wide white sand beach. Close to everything on 30A - including amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.
