Our luxurious and upscale 4-bedroom home features 4 California king beds, full-size bunks, a twin trundle, and a sleeper sofa. Start your day right with a cup of coffee on our screened-in porch that offers stunning views of the golf course. The beautiful sugar sand beaches are just a short trip down the street of this Brand NEW East end beach house.

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
