Wonderful beach trip for the 4th of July!

The property was beautiful, weather was great, to have a beautiful balcony to watch fireworks was so nice. The large double doors were fabulous for our little to watch fireworks.I do wish there has been a set of tongs and it had been cleaner. Crumbs under furniture and between couch cushions. GROSS!

Family Vacation

The oceanfront view is as good as it looks in the pictures. Spacious condo that was never cramped with 4 adults and 3 kids. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Property was what we were looking for with two gulf facing Masters and a bunk area for the kids. Pool areas were great; it was slightly "chilly" weather so the hot tub was overtaken by kids splashing around.

Nice Stay

We stayed for Fall Break, our plans were changed last minute due to the hurricane that went through middle Florida. The kids loved the waterslides/hot tub. The unit was redone and nicely decorated. Overall enjoyed the stay.

A Slice of Paradise

Stayed for 7 nights . Wonderful stay. Condo was as expected. Includes beach toys, umbrella, chair , and a couple beach blankets. There is a pack n play in closet as well. Very roomy and a desired resort for family fun! In close proximity to Pier Park.

Great Spot

Our family loved the Splash resort. The water park and lazy River really made the trip worth it with the kids. Only downside was the left side master bedroom a/c just couldn’t keep up with the rest of the condo. Had to have ceiling fan and box fan on high the whole time in there but we made due.

When we arrived at the room one of the bedroom air conditioners was not working. It was late so we had to go all night with no air but we were able to get it working again the next day. The cleanliness of the room could be better. We found things in the floors that weren’t ours so I’m not sure how well they are cleaning things. The second bedroom only had a shower and not a bathtub as advertised so that was inconvenient as we had young children. Our kids enjoyed the pool and splash area but they could use better maintenance and cleaning. The entire property seems dated and not well maintained.

We are a family of 8 ranging from infant to 65+ we all really enjoyed the condo. Things to do for everyone. Beaches are amazing! Can’t wait to return again, thank you for an amazing stay.

Room was fantastic, facility not so much

This listing was wonderful!. Two master suits is something we enjoyed very much. The condo was exceptionally clean and the balcony was amazing. The facility however was terrible. The pools were not cleaned daily. The first day there was food in the pools, the second day there were metal forks and bread in them. We were the first to arrive daily to the pools and we found them full of food and objects each day. Thankfully the ocean was calm and we just decided to divert to the ocean instead of staying poolside. I did complain to management about the conditions of the pool, but they still remained nasty. I did have issues communicating with our host regarding chair rentals for this property. I emailed them several times inquiring if beach chairs were included in the stay and we were told yes, but no one could answer my question as to how many chairs we would receive. After being told by the host to call two different companies, neither of which serviced our condo, I finally called. I was promised a call back, however the call never came. My kids were completely let down about the pool situation. That's a lot of money to pay for your vacation to not be able to use the pool. The facility needs to be cleaner and the pools need daily maintenance.

Spring break

We loved this resort. We stayed and had another family staying with us. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, plenty of beds, and our favorite place was the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset. The location is great, the water park was a major hit for my 5 yr old, and everything else was a short distance away. You can drive most places in a couple mins or choose to walk. We had a blast and loved our condo. We definitely will be back!

Beachside 8 rental

Great house and location. The “second” master bedroom could use an updated bathroom (shower) that includes at least hooks for your towels. Also, there isn’t a bedroom door. To call it a master suite might be a stretch without a bedroom door. Even an accordion door or a curtain would work. It is adequately stocked. No oven mitts . and only two dish towels, however. Easy check in and check out. And friendly neighbors. We had a fun time!

Wonderful condo

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The building itself is great for kids, with multiple pools and a snack shop. Cons: when we got there we had to hunt down luggage carts because it’s a long haul from the garage to the elevators. There seemed to only be a few carts for the hundreds of guests. Also we witnessed a little old lady in pain having to walk the long walkway to the elevators, so having a few wheelchairs would be great for the elderly. Our stay in the condo was excellent, but the building inconveniences would probably make us choose a different place on our next visit, however; our inconveniences may not matter to others.
