The west end of the beach is much less congested with easy access to back beach road bypassing traffic. Splash is loaded with amenities the entire family will love, all overlooking the gulf. Toddlers can run through fountains on a padded surface(gated area.) Kids will love the Splash interactive water playground with a splash bucket and water toys. Don't forget the arcade and work out facility also with ceiling to floor view of the water.

There are a lot of issues with this unit. Dirty sofas, stained sheets. We had to clean the sheets before sleeping on them for the first night. There was a lot of sand on both beds. Many dishes are chipped or cracked. Non working TV. If you was your clothes be ready to do drying cycle multiple times because it’s still wet. We are a regular visitors at splash and this was not a good experience

Great place for kids

It was well laid out with the 3 pools , lazy river , kiddie area .. it was exactly what the description said it was --- only 2 areas of concern , prepare to wait on an elevator during check in time - was a line down the hall waiting --- and also ive never see bar close at 6pm everyday including weekends ... very odd 6pm

Property good, elevators not good

The property was great. The toddler with us enjoyed the splash area and the lazy river. The 2 builds are over 20 stories and only had 2 elevators per building, so we often had to wait a while to get on one. We prefer something a little smaller.

Great for families

The accommodations were pristine, offering exceptional views. The "waterpark" was ideal, especially since the ocean conditions weren't favorable during our visit, prompting us to spend a significant amount of time in the pools. The staff was incredibly friendly and remarkably helpful. Additionally, the on-site shop had delightful iced coffee and donuts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, especially for those with young children!

Enjoyed the room and the hotel facilities. The only negative thing was waiting 30 minutes for the elevator when checking out. Maybe the check out time should be staggered.

Great Location

Second time staying at splash, the location is perfect for us. The little kid water park the resort has was cold, which we knew going into it from last year, but they did turn the pool heaters on this year which was nice. The condos are all relatively the same, it was clean and nice and had most kitchen items if you wanted to cook at the room. The fridge was mentioned in the description as being slow to cool things down which it was. We had a great stay

Typical PCB condo

Slightly dated , a few things looked rough (ex. Shower curtain rod was about to break ) dryer didn't work broken door latch but was fixed quickly because they had ordered the part the week before , the balcony door in the living room was tough to open,but Like I said typical PCB condo nothing fancy you pay for the name and the water park down stairs , super short walk from the room to the beach. we enjoyed our stay and had a great time nothing stood out to us as being awful or just super amazing either way. Probably could find the same thing a lil cheaper minus the lil water park kids had fun but would do just as well with a pool , lazy river didn't move at all and was freezing the other two pools were nice, full of chlorine , kids will love it, parents,well we do what we do for kids .
