Great views - got to watch dolphin - highlight for me!!! Room and balcony clean and comfortable. Grounds and pools well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication with information through the whole process. Would definietely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo with our family, including our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was the perfect size for all of us. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and enjoy family meals together. The furniture was comfy, and the king-sized beds were great. The kids loved the bunk beds too!The location was unbeatable with absolutely gorgeous views, and we loved sitting on the balcony to take it all in. The beach was beautiful, and the complimentary chairs made it so easy to relax by the water. The kids were thrilled to find beach toys available, and they also loved the pools and the mini water park-style play area! it was such a fun bonus!Check-in was quick and easy, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway and would definitely stay here again!

The pictures really do not do this condo justice! This condo was super spacious and very beautiful!! It was clean with a lot more amenities such as coffee pot with keurig, an instant pot, and crock pot. It was just a really amazing place to stay and I would absolutely come back! The only complaint was the elevators always being super horrible to catch for lengthy times but that a resort issue, not a condo issue.

The room was cool when we went In. The smell of cleanliness hit our noses as soon as we walked in. The room was spotless! The big balcony is a huge plus! We loved having the two master suits with ocean view and balcony access. The main master bed was SO COMFY as was the couch and chase lounge. The room was fully equipped with everything we need. The owner checked on us by text to make sure our first night was everything we hoped it would be and seeing if we needed anything. Then again before checking out. We loved the beach chair service every day. I booked for next year before I left this year. Can’t wait to be back next year.

The condo was great! Loved the layout. Had a problem with the door code changing before 10:00 checkout but was fixed upon calling the host agency. The elevator waits were the only drawback (during peak hours anyway). A great place for kids & enjoyed the free round of golf. Would recommend for families with young children

Beautiful room

First time staying in this particular room. It was very spacious and the 3 door balconies 😍. Decorated beautiful, everything you could need was provided. Comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the smell, we sprayed but it persistented. Overall it was a wonderful stayed and love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our week at this VRBO. The condo was clean with plenty of linens and towels. The only complaint I would have is we went mid May and the pool was absolutely freezing. I know you can’t predict weather months in advance but if you have little ones the pool is NOT heated. The splash pad is very dated and wasn’t on but just 2 days of the 6 we were there. Other than that we enjoyed the week!

Amazing Condo with a Gorgeous View!

The condo was exactly as described and was clean and beautifully decorated! I was nervous after reading other peoples horror stories about some properties but I was so relieved at how well this property is maintained. My entire family loved it and hated leaving, we will definitely be back and will book this same property again and stay in this same condo.

Great condo!

We all enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The kids loved the pool and splash pad area. Definitely recommend!

Splash 1107 W

Splash resort itself is great. Except for the elevators. There is only two. You can't get ahold of security! There isn't anyone to contact after hours. The room 1107 W. Was nice but instead of blackout curtains they had a shade. This made it impossible to go in and out balcony doors without waking anyone up. There were 2 windows with shades also in main master bedroom, light came in and was in my face all night. The thermostats didn't work properly so you either froze in living room or was hot in bedroom. Other than that, the resort was wonderful. Splash has the best pools.

Room needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly. Also, a few minor complaints: not enough towels for guests, also no beach towels, and no complimentary dish soap. Small things like that matter to families. Did like the beach toys in closet. Overall I liked the room but it could've been better.

If you are looking for a nice family vacation this is your place! The condo was very clean, beautiful view of the beach and had all of the essentials you need! Easy access to the beach, the choice of pools for all ages of kids is amazing and the drink and food bar is so convenient.

wonderful location

Nice spacious unit. Had several issues with cleaning including lots of mold in the master shower. Cleaning issues were resolved the day reported. Did some housekeeping myself! This unit needs a thorough cleaning. I would stay again if it is properly cleaned.
