Our condo is a fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located at the Shores of Panama. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a set of bunk beds along with its own private bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs, and a super-capacity washer and dryer are available for your convenience. This charming condo is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views of the lagoon-style pool and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

At Shores of Panama, you are just steps away from the sugar-white sands, with private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area's main attraction. Take some time to relax with a good book or a refreshing drink in the spectacular lagoon-style pool area. During the spring and summer months, a Tiki Bar is available, offering cocktails, bar-style food, and snow cones.

Condo 1709 is located on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. $85 registration fee.

Quality resort with plenty of amenities

More touristy than I thought when I booked but overall a good value for a family. The onsite restaurant, bar and coffee/ice cream shops were nice to have easy and quick access to. The beach is very clean and the security team was very helpful in keeping the true "fall breakers" to a dull roar and little kids corralled to their respective families. The rooms were a little small once in the condo and it would've been nice to have a few more cups and plates, but overall a great week away!!

Overall great experience

Overall we had a great experience!!!! My kids had a blast. Pros: The room was clean, and had great communication with the host. No issues with anything in the room, comfy bed, etc. Hotel is in a great location. Loved the amenities! Cons: be prepared to wait 5-10 mins for the elevator each time you need to get on it. The parking deck is super tight, especially if you are in a larger SUV or a truck. There’s an additional $85 reservation fee that we weren’t prepared for! Also, I know it doesn’t explicitly state in the room description, but there was only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom, (2 rolls total), and only one trash bag. This caused us to make an additional trip to the store because we ran out rather quickly, having stayed 5 days, with 4 people.

Mother's Day Weekend

All in all, it was great. We did have an issue with our refrigerator that never was resolved. I didn't care for the fact that the resort "monopolized" the entire front row of the beach and literally created a wall for their rental chairs. I thought that was rude and not accommodating to families. They could've scooted that "wall of chairs" back some and been considerate.

Everything we needed

The condo had everything we expected. Having a reserved parking spot reduced the stress! The parking deck is narrow so circling around 12 levels was a little prickly, but we survived. Elevators were conveniently located and little wait time. The pool was amazing and having a poolside snack & drink hut was great. It was nice to have the beach and pool right outside … no thinking or extra planning needed to start your day in the sun!

Weekend getaway

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Pool and beach access great! Security great! Parking was not ideal. Make sure you add on the $85 registration fee to the cost. One final thing, this is not a two bedroom condo. It has one great bedroom and a bunk room. Not sure you would want 6 people in this condo at one time. Also, if I were an owner I would petition management to tell the owners of the Sea Screamer dolphin tour to quit blowing the horn and shooting the cannon at the building to hear the ricocheting. Might be fun for the boat but not the guests.

Winter vacation

We enjoyed ourselves at this property the condo was as expected, a couple of problems at first but they were addressed right away. The mattress seemed old and could be replaced. Other wise we enjoyed our stay. And would come back again. The view from or room was amazing and the pools and hot tubs were great. Staff was very helpful.

This was the cleanest condo unit I’ve ever seen!!! The location is right in the middle of so many great attractions and stores. Pineapple Willy’s is literally next door, you can walk to WalMart, and so many other shops. I would highly recommend this condo, and I will stay at The Shores of Panama again!!! If

First Family Beach Trip

This was the place I chose for my little family to stay at for our first ever family beach trip. The views were amazing, easy access to the pool & beach. Unfortunately the parking was terrible having to driving in a tiny parking garage to the 12th floor but that’s not to the fault of the property owners. Elevators take a lifetime, once again not the property owners fault however it was quite the disappointment to be holding two sleeping littles waiting 20+ minutes for an elevator. The property manager, Farah, was amazing! Awesome commutation and even had housekeeping to the door within literal minutes of a text about a dirty bed we found. We cleaned some other areas that were missed before we arrived but nothing that a broom couldn’t sweep up. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend Farah as a property manager and the condo was great!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed Nice view. The pool was fabulous. Elevators can be slow or out of order. Perfect property any other time than High School Spring Break

The place was very cute and clean with a gorgeous view and easy beach access, however, the elevator situation was horrible due to the amount of High School Spring Breakers. We were on the 17th floor and ended up waiting 10-15 minutes sometimes for the elevator and would also have to just hop on one and ride it up even though we wanted to go down. There were so many teenagers there that took over the beach with music, chanting, partying that lasted until the beach patrol came at 10pm. It was not a good place to take a family during the time we went (April 1-7). It was also very inconvenient to pull onto our street and into the parking garage due to the amount of horrendous traffic.

Great vacation for teenagers and mom

Summer vacation for me and my two teenage daughters. Complex is dated, but condo is updated and had everything g we needed. Elevators can be an issue but overall, we had a great time! Prepare for a lot of walking and a lot of people. Great vacation!

Perfect for our getaway!

beach and pool access were the major highlights. we spent hours on the beach and in the pool. we were on the 17th floor so 5 flights of stairs weren’t a dealbreaker when the elevators were heavily used. I would definitely stay here again!
