This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Twin-over-twin bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room
Bathroom #1: Walk-in shower (no tub), toilet, and vanity
Bathroom #2: Half bath with toilet and sink

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The living area offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with comfortable seating, cable TV, and central A/C. Step onto your private balcony to sip coffee while taking in ocean breezes and endless views of the Gulf. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher—fully equipped for light cooking during your stay. You'll also find an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience, fresh linens provided, and easy access to the building's elevators and resort amenities just downstairs.

Parking:

This community offers all outdoor parking, so no need to be concerned about height limitations for a storage bin on your roof.

1) Pull up to the front gate; here the guard will let you enter the community.

2) Proceed to the office in the center of the complex; pay $27 for your parking pass and wristbands.

The parking pass is good for one vehicle and needs to be visible for the entirety of your stay.

Property restrictions: Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the expense of the owner of the cart/scooter/vehicle.
