    The Space:

    Welcome to 7 Palms! Brand new to the rental market, newly renovated, gated community and private beach access. Yes, you read that right - private beach access! A rare gem in the 30A area!



    The amenities are endless in this complex! As soon as you enter through the gate, you are in paradise. The private beach access is just a quick walk from the back patio of the unit. Also, right outside is a large green area with grills, benches and a beautiful common space. The ground level of the condo unit includes ample parking, an outdoor shower and a few beach chairs to bring to and from the beach!



    When you enter the unit, you are greeted by the large open living, kitchen and dining floor plan. The first floor also includes a washer/dryer and access to a large balcony that overlooks the luscious green area. Make your way up to the second floor and two bedrooms await. The Master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with private bathroom and private balcony with a gulf peekaboo. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds with a large shared bathroom.

The property is within feet to beach! Nice and clean condo with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Overall a very pleasant experience and would stay there again.

Great place that was very close to the beach for the money. Our only complaint was that the a/c didn’t seem to work the best but it was tolerable.

Absolutely amazing location steps away from the beautiful clean, private beach! Very clean property, well stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Absolutely loved our stay! :)

Awesome location close to the beach. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The rental office was very responsive. Small issue with the HiDef TV channels that froze frequently but other than that everything else was perfect

Best of both worlds

Perfect location. Easy check-in. The condo was clean. Amenities - (they thought of everything). I loved it was away from seaside/rosemary beach chaos. Having beach and lake access was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back here again!

Condo was dirty and living room sofa’s stained and had dirty residue. NO AIR conditioning. Contacted mgmt. 1st day after check in (Sunday). They called back on Thursday, sent a technician who said unfixable. We chose to leave after. Sparse/cheap kitchen furnishings. Rust on silverware, no glass drink cups, no glass bowls for oatmeal, etc. Not a single soap dish. No heat resistant blinds on either sliding glass doors. Stained living room curtains. Ceilings fans don’t go above medium speed. We’ve been coming to this exact area/beach since the 90’s and have never had an experience like this one. Huge disappointment (don’t fall for the posted pics of this unit). Frustration with lack of communication from management (30 A) and having to end our 10 day vacation early.

Easy Access to Beach

The condo is steps away from the beach down the boardwalk. The only problem was the rental chair company Vacayzen did not put the chairs in the right location (Pelican Circle West) as requested. I had to call them three times. The porch on the condo was the best for listening to the waves and having morning coffee.

Best location

We have visited this exact location one other time- it’s a hidden gem. The beach is so secluded compared to other areas along 30A. Just west are dunes, so it’s completely empty on the beach in that area. The property was perfect for a family of 4. The cleaners could have done a tad better of a job (there were areas on the kitchen cabinets that had food stains), and a little food on the kitchen floor, but otherwise was fine. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach, and a beautiful walk. The grounds around 7 palms are wonderful. The balcony isn’t private…that’s the only downside of this rental in my opinion..,but I’ll take that because the beach location can’t be beat!
