This beach chic stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach cottage is just 200 yards to the dedicated beach access. Children love the neighborhood pool which is heated during winter. Lovely screen porch with a swing bed, dining table, and seating area. Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Close to the Big Chill, Alys, and Rosemary beach.

Inside this incredibly chic and cozy home, the living room features plenty of seating, perfect for watching the big game on the flatscreen TV. There is a full bath that is right off the living room to clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen features a large stainless fridge and plenty of space for family meal preparations. There is also additional seating for five along the kitchen bar which invites gathering & community for the whole family. At the end of a nice day, enjoy a homemade meal with family and friends on the large screened-in porch and relax!

Moving through the home, there is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks and a queen bedroom that has a private bath for a relaxing soak at the end of a long beach day. The master suite features a king bed and a private bathroom which is a true retreat!

The Seahorse is only a short distance away from the hottest 30A hotspots- you can easily walk to Alys Beach or bike to Rosemary! Incredible restaurants like Edwards & Citizens have the best cocktails and cuisine in the area. Families love hanging out at The Big Chill! There are endless nightly events going on and plenty to keep you entertained. Seaside is only a six-mile drive to the east. There is something for everyone at this sensational home!

A six-seat golf cart is available to rent for a discounted rate for approved renters.

it was very charming and comfy. well stocked kitchen and nice to have 3 bathrooms. The patio was super adorable and the swing was so nice for everyone. We had great communication with our host and they were very accommodating when we had to switch our dates. The only recommendation we’d have is that the bathtub bathroom needs an update - the shower in the other master bathroom was one of the best shower heads and really great. We would stay here again! Katie from California (visited with my hubby, our 5 kids and mama in law)

The cottage was not clean at all. Stains on different things, large amounts of sand in beds, showers and throughout. Maintenance has not been kept up. Doors going in and out squeaked, refrigerator doors squeaked. The keypad worked off and on. Maintenance had to bring us a key to be able to get in after being locked out. Nice location and convenient except going to and from beach. Very long and steep steps going down to sand. I tell we would not recommend this particular cottage.
