ABOUT SAND SEAIR:
Welcome to Sand Seair, a newly decorated beach home, with upgraded furnishings and renovated outdoor pool area perfect for large families looking to get away from it all. Relax at the beach all day and then unwind around the newly updated pool deck in the afternoon. Sand Seair is a 5-bedroom 4.5-bathroom home, located in Inlet Beach, sleeping up to 18 guests.

Sand Seair has a private bedroom on the 1st floor with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The first-floor bedroom has private access to the newly updated pool/spa and pool deck. On the second floor is the main entrance to the home, formal dining area, living room, spacious kitchen and casual dining space. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, has a king bed and large private bath with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Down the hall, on the 3rd floor, is a large kid's room with 2 custom built sets of full-size bunk beds! The bunk room can comfortably sleep up to 8 children. The 4th bedroom, located on the third floor, has a King bed with a large balcony and gulf views. The fifth bedroom is located in the carriage house, connected to the main house by balcony, and includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The carriage house can be accessed separately via the private entrance on the first floor next to the pool. Sand Seair has been updated beautifully with a focus on entertaining the entire family around the pool, updated pool deck, and 5 balconies.

Inlet Beach is a charming beach neighborhood located along Florida's scenic Highway 30A. Known for its stunning white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere, Inlet Beach offers a peaceful coastal getaway for visitors seeking a more laid-back vacation experience. This quaint community is characterized by its quiet residential streets lined with beautiful beach cottages and upscale vacation homes, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.

When you stay in Inlet Beach you are never far from the beach, or a magnificent view. To explore 30A, take a bike ride to Rosemary Beach to enjoy the farmers market, discover the new 30A Avenue shops, taste the fine local cuisine, and visit local businesses along 30A. Amazing!

This property is AMAZING!! It's so cute, tons of space, perfect pool/backyard, great location and everything we were hoping for! Communication with the property management team was excellent and the property was super clean. Couldn't recommend more, 100/10!

Fantastic time at sand seair

We stayed at Sand Seair for my sisters bachelorette party with 12 girls and had such an incredible time. The house was bigger than we imagined and so beautiful. We had plenty of space and could easily fit more people if you want to squeeze. We spent a lot of time in the pool(which we opted to have heated which allowed us to enjoy many night swims). Paradise properties was incredibly helpful with all my special requests/ questions and made sure we had everything needed throughout the weekend. There wasn’t any salt&pepper or oil or anything provided so we needed a complete grocery list, but a minor detail. They did provide a spare garbage bag or 2 and toilet paper, but we had to refill after a few days. Location was super close to the beach and an easy walk in rosemary beach town. The golf cart was great to lug beach chairs etc to the beach (there were beach chairs and umbrellas and everything else you’d ever need in the garage) Overall we had an incredible stay and I would absolutely recommend this for any large group. 5 stars!!

Great location

Everything was good with a few exceptions. The exterminator needs to hit the place a bit more frequently because we saw about 7 roaches. I was disappointed that no one told me the washer was not working until Monday morning when they were sending a guy out to work on it. Then it was still not working and was supposed to be fixed Wednesday, but never came and then showed up Thursday afternoon unannounced with a new washer to install. Glad someone was there...I must say we were offered laundry service and took advantage of it, but had packed clothes with the understanding we would have a washer and dryer. We couldn't use the bikes because the tires were flat.

Kickoff to summer

Overall this was a nice house in a good location. 30A is fantastic. The access to the beach was great. Just a block away. The golf cart is great to have so that you can travel up and down 30A. Inlet beach is on the end of 30A so the golf cart is important to get to The Hub and to other areas. We also rented bikes to get around which was fun. The house has tons of beach stuff which my kids loved. Chairs and toys galore. The house is starting to show its age a bit but the kitchen is really pretty and there is plenty of space for a large family. We found a couple of palmetto bugs in the house throughout the week. Woke up one morning to one sitting on my toothbrush. The pool also wasn’t working well when we got to the property which was disappointing as we where all pretty excited to use it. The owner evidentally forgot to turn it on and the previous people had made it very dirty so it took a while to get it clean. Property management communicated well through it all and everything worked out. Overall it was a great week there and the house worked out.

Amazing house!

We loved our stay at Sand Seair! The check-in process was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. The house is absolutely perfect for multiple families or a large family to stay. There was plenty of room and the heated pool/ fire pit/foos ball table was an added bonus. The decor in the house is perfect for a rental house. It's tasteful, current and makes you feel at home. The beach access is just a few blocks away so it was very convenient to walk to. We were also grateful for the included golf cart and being able to drop off toys/kids at the beach entrance, drive the golf cart home and then walk to meet everyone. Worked out great! The carriage house was perfect for my husband who had to work while we were away. The wifi was spotty but we brought a hot spot so it was ok. There were a few roaches that called the carriage house home so it's worth getting the bug guy out there. We did not have any in the main house. Location: We loved where we stayed. The beach was much quieter and less busy than other areas and we had great sand with large beaches. Publix is nearby and Target is just 15 min away. Camp Helen state park is within bike distance and a great place to explore. Rosemary shops are within walking distance and they have a wonderful farmers market. We had a few minor issues. The property management was easy to work with and responsive. Don't forget to bring beach towels. If you forget anything, Target is not far! We would absolutely rent here again! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Great for large groups!!!

House is great for large groups. We had four families, with nine kids ranging from 9-19, with plenty of room for all! Great location only a block to the beach. The included six seat golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. We will book this property again!

Sand Seair had everything for our family! The pool was nice and we enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The golf cart was very convenient to make drop offs to the beach. We had a great time.

Our stay was really nice. The house was exactly what I expected by the pictures & the pool was great- actually bigger & better than I expected. Location is great and the golf cart included in the rental was clutch!! Beach is beautiful and the neighborhood was really nice. Seems like a newer neighborhood though...lots of new construction (nothing within an ears distance though). Few things that weren't great..... When we arrived, the place didn't seem super clean. Some sticky spots and dusty. We also encountered a couple dead roaches and 1 live one in a kitchen drawer (yuck). The house had a lot of good kitchenware & more than enough towels. I was kind of disappointed there wasn't hand soap in any of the bathrooms (except the master) or something as simple as salt & pepper. The check in/ check out times are tough and the communication on it was not great. I saw when booking that the times were checkin 5pm & checkout by 9am. Checkin being late- no problem but a 9am checkout was tough!! I tried to communicate my desire to get an early checkin & late arrival and the response was not super clear. They basically said we'll let you know but never communicated anything back. Despite the few issues, we did have a wonderful time & would consider staying here again.

Perfect for families!!

3 families - 6 kids - Perfect!! The pool/guest house was perfect for the babysitter we brought along, so she could have her own space. Having our own pool that was shaded most of the day (you could lay out in the sun if you wanted, though) was amazing for us “sun exposure conscious mommas” as the kids could swim for hours!! Definitely booking this house again!!

Beautiful Home

We had a great Labor Day weekend get away with friends. We really enjoyed the home. It is convenient to the beach (1.5 blocks away) and the golf cart was fantastic. We had a few minor issues - the main floor (2nd) temperature was always hot and the first and third were freezing. The kitchen is small. The first floor toilet didn’t flush well. The hot tub was not hot. The grill almost caught fire due to lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. There was a sewer smell outside some of the time.

Family Vacation

Although the house was lovely the pictures on the VRBO website made all the rooms appear much bigger than they actually were. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having 2 dining areas. The golf cart was very nice to have. The pool area was a hit with the little kids in our group. We loved the back porches.

Family fun at Inlet Blue

Spacious yet cozy. Layout of second level was ideal for gathering as a group. Swimming pool and hot tub...big hit Bedrooms large and cozy. Kids bunk bed room was perfect Carriage house a plus. Short walk to the beach. The beach was outstanding for swimming and fishing. We were blessed with perfect weather The only downside is all the steps. If you cannot handle them, this is not the house for you as there is no elevator Many family memories were made between the six adults and three kids ( ages 10-11)
