Emerald Isle 2005 - Beachfront condo! Reserved parking space!

Unwind in this newly-remodeled two bedroom/ two-bathroom unit at Emerald Isle. Lots of light, fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, utensils, dinnerware, and living area with leather sofas. Wonderful views from the vast private balcony directly overlooking the gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets after a busy day on the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 20th floor. A reserved parking space is located on the ground floor of the building. No more hassle hunting for a parking space! (One time $40 parking fee is not included in the rental amount.)

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and king bed in second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot by twenty eight foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

Emerald Isle, once again didn’t disappoint. Our check in time was quick. We were able to check in early. Our unit was spotless clean. Helen if AMAZING! She’s quick to respond to any concerns. Our 5th year staying here and already planning next.

Beautiful and just as described!

This is a beautiful property! Very clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again. The view from the balcony is STUNNING, particularly at sunset. We saw dolphins! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. This unit is directly across from the elevators. However, we did not hear any noise in the unit from the elevators or from adjacent neighbors. The only negatives were there simply wasn't enough of the essentials for 4 people for almost a week: 1. Not enough bath towels...1 towel per person. That's fine if you don't mind doing laundry every day on your vacation, but not enough laundry pods. You only get 2. If you're doing laundry every day to wash towels, that's not enough. 2 Not enough TP... 2 rolls between 4 people (3 women) wasn't nearly enough. 3 Kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils you would need, but, no salt and pepper and no coffee! 4. 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people for a week and only 2 dishwasher pods Basically, you'll need to make a grocery run as soon as you arrive. The above negatives are probably nit-picky, but most of us already buy a ton of groceries on vacay, but that's usually sunscreen, beach toys and beer. You don't expect to buy TP, salt/pepper, and laundry soap. Would be great if those things were provided. That's the little extra guests remember. Other than that... I highly recommend this property!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach, we loved being on the 22nd floor. Seen dolphins and the condo was just as described. Had trouble with the ice maker but overall would stay here again

The condo was very clean and nice. The glass sliding doors do not lock. My husband had to fix the garbage disposal, because it was backed up (wouldn’t drain). The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work at all. The room itself was updated and surprisingly clean…I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the shower, kitchen and floors. Not the owner’s fault, but the property at Emerald Isle has two very small pools and the pools and pools decks weren’t very clean, nice or spacious. We feel like the condo/resort is very overpriced for what you get. Perhaps it would have been cheaper if we booked farther in advance, but it was too pricey.

What a lovely condo with a very lovely view. Rooms were well appointed and kitchen accessories were not skimpy like some condos we have stayed in. Emerald Isle staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We will definitely plan to rebook in the future and will recommend it to our friends and family.

AMAZING BEACH FRONT PROPERTY

Oh where do I begin? Absolutely such a easy check in with the code and going to the office for the parking pass and armbands. All the staff was so nice and so was the other visitors! Helen always answered the first time I called her! The condo was so beautiful and had a HUGE balcony!! We all had so much fun and loved everything about the condo! Definitely will be back here next year and renting from Helen again!!

The property was even better in person than it looked online. It was newly updated and the decor was very charming. We loved the over-sized patio facing the ocean. We had more than enough amenities for cooking some of our meals. The staff was some of the friendliest I have seen in a long time, and super helpful.

Wonderful Stay

This was our favorite place to stay in PCB yet. Everything was clean, the location was great, and everything was so convenient! It had everything we needed and can't wait to return. With that said, the best part was the assigned parking spot!

Vacation Needed

We were in desperate need of a vacation and could only think back to our previous stay here. It was exactly how I remembered, and I loved all the little upgrades. Everyone I ran into down there was super friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed.
