SHORES OF PANAMA- 3RD FLOOR! Perfect for a couple plus two kids in the bunkroom.

NOTE: The minimum rental age is 25. This is a fabulous resort, and this unit is in the perfect location within the property! Your 25-foot balcony overhangs the largest pool in NW Florida, with the white sandy beach in the background. Kids love the separate bunk room with an attached bathroom. This unit stays booked solidly, so if you see an opening, you will want to grab it!

June and July require 7-night stays with Saturday check-ins and check-outs.

In-unit washer and dryer as well!


Check-in time is 4 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. IT WILL ACCOMMODATE 2 ADULTS IN THE PRIMARY WITH 2 KIDS IN THE BUNK ROOM. You will be asked to text the owner a picture of your driver's license one week before arrival to receive a convenient door access code on your smartphone.

Absolutely beautiful view from our 3rd floor condo. The condo overlooked the pool and hot tub areas and you had a straight view of the gulf. Our condo was easy to get to from the same floor reserved parking spot. Our host provided everything to facilitate a wonderful week and texted to make sure things were going good! Will definitely rent again when at PCB

Excellent condo for a stay at PCB. The property could use additional signage for direction to the elevator and other property amenities. The owner was in constant contact and was available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall wonderful place to stay!!! The pool is one of the very best weve seen! Large and private. Fairly walkable, but a pretty busy street so it was easier to drive places, great parking on the same floor as the condo in your own private spot. You cant go wrong with this place!

We loved that the condo was on the 3rd floor — super convenient when the elevators were busy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the AC worked great, and we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home.

Great stay

The place was exactly as listed, check in was easy, and Rick was great at communicating and checking on us. The 3rd floor location with same level parking was the best for our family to easily get around and avoid the awful elevators that take 20 minutes during peak times. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. Shores of Panama itself isn’t my favorite at PCB during peak season (the pool is INSANELY busy and people swarm the pool chairs like locusts at 8AM everyday), but I’ve stayed here at another condo in the off season and it’s perfectly fine.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful 7 day stay! It really is as clean and comfy as it looks. The pool was perfect. The beach goers were all nice and friendly. Full size coffee maker and a nicely placed porch to relax on each morning, while overlooking the ocean! We had a great time and would love to stay again!

The perfect place to relax

We had a wonderful stay re-energizing. The unit and facility were very clean. On site specialty coffees and sweets. Out by the pools there is a fresh food source and a bar. The beach is steps away from the pool area. Security is present at every entrance.

The best views and great room!

We loved our stay at Shores of Panama in Ricks room! From the moment we arrived and had a reserved parking spot on the same floor as our room- it was all such an “easy” trip! The elevators were not bad at all, but we took the stairs quite often since we were only on the 3rd floor! Rick provided beach towels and beach toys so that saved us extra things we didn’t have to pack! The room was clean and gorgeous and had the best views of the pool and ocean in the background! Rick was great at communicating with us and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice and updated, and the best part was the view. It was even better than the pictures. The owner had amazing communication, and the condo was stocked with everything you could think of including beach supplies. We will definitely be back!

Fall break trip

Rick was a great host. He communicated well and everything was as expected. We have three children ages three, five, and seven And the property was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The parking garage was super convenient and made unloading luggage very easy. The master bedroom does not have a smart TV, but we bright a fire stick with us. The living room is a smart TV. The unit was freshly cleaned when we walked in and you could tell with the smell the cleaning lady Did a good job. The tile floors made our feet dirty the first couple of days, but those are hard to keep clean. These are not complaints, just something to be aware of with small children. Where the unit is so large, the beach was a little crowded on nicer days. And the pool was not heated. Our kiddos didn’t mind, but there was a cold front and a heated pool would’ve been nice. Definitely stay here again!

Amazing first trip to Florida.

This place is just as the pictures describes. Very clean well stocked. We brought toys, beach towels but wasn't even necessary. Rick is very nice and we really enjoyed working with him to get this room. We Highly recommend this room, our family of 5, two adults three kids ages 12,6 and 1 really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Rick for helping make this vacation amazing.
