    The Space:

    Spread out and enjoy a stellar view of the ocean from this family-friendly condo. Yes, the beach really is that close! Enjoy the view from your furnished balcony, where it's perfect to enjoy a home-cooked meal from the full kitchen equipped with lots of equipment for when you feel like cooking and wine glasses when you don't. Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable when you're watching a fun show on the TV. Younger guests will love resting on the twin-over-twin bunk bed. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and soaking tub. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy access to shared pools, a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, and fitness room. There's enough to enjoy in this lovely spot by the Gulf!



    Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a colorful setting, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf and the surrounding area. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head just over 11 miles to the east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat!



    THINGS TO KNOW

    Aqua requires all guests to pre-register to receive a parking permit if bringing a vehicle. A registration fee of $50 per parking permit, two vehicle maximum, applies.

Very dated and there were things that were broken.

We had a few issues. The biggest one was the shade was broken in the main bedroom and would not open so we could not see the ocean from our bed.The TV was also broken in the main bedroom however they did bring a new TV 3 days later but it was not set up and therefore we still could not watch TV in that room.The blow dryer was broken and was not replaced so I had to go to Walmart to buy a blow dryer.The faucet was also broke in the kitchen.I was told that I would receive a phone call to go over the issues and get some type of compensation but I'm still waiting to receive that phone call two days after we have been home.

Don’t rent this condo or any property from Avari. As the last review states, no tv. Well, they have them present on the property, they just don’t work, and are broken. And pack batteries because when you message them about the tvs that, yes, still don’t work, they’ll ask you to check the batteries, amongst a list of things you don’t go on vacation to do. And don’t waste your time calling, they’ll just tell you that someone will call you right back. But nobody will call. Ever. Buttttt, we don’t go to the beach for tv, right?!?! We go for fun and relaxation in a clean and functioning property. Well this “newly renovated” condo is also gross. Holes in the walls where pictures used to hang, half out bathroom lights, cords dangling everywhere with an extension cord coming OUT of the wall about 4’ up, curtains coming off the hooks, items and filth under the bed and visible just walking by, and very old, sticky furniture. It was gross. We probably wouldn’t have noticed any of that though, had our minds been preoccupied by watching actual television and not having to stream from a phone…but here we are.Thank you for the last few years Aqua, but we won’t be back!
