  • Cuando solo lo mejor lo hará, Sterling Breeze seguramente lo complacerá. Este magnífico condominio en el 4 ° piso con impresionantes vistas del océano complacerá incluso al viajero más exigente. Esta propiedad cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, y tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente.

    Completamente renovado con nuevas actualizaciones en marzo de 2019.

    Este condominio vive como una unidad NUEVA. Pintura nueva, pisos, decoración, camas, ropa de cama, ollas, sartenes, electrodomésticos, TODO NUEVO en febrero-marzo de 2019.

    Las vistas desde esta unidad no tienen paralelo, el piso de 4 horas es lo suficientemente alto como para ofrecer vistas increíbles sobre el golfo y la costa, pero lo suficientemente bajo como para no ser un problema para aquellos que temen a las alturas.

    Los pisos de madera noble LVT en la sala de estar y las generosas ventanas bañan la sala de estar con asientos cómodos y luminosos para toda la tripulación.

    Hay un gran balcón completo que incluso tiene una rejilla de gas, muy raro tener estos en PCB. ¡Parrilla en tu propio balcón!

    Se accede al Balcón desde la sala de estar o desde el dormitorio principal King size con baño de lujo en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king y vista de la costa del océano, y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas gemelas y cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Para dormir más hay un sofá cama en el estudio. Duerme 10 con facilidad.

    La piscina y las comodidades en Sterling Breeze son increíbles, cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje, asientos junto a la piscina, bañera de hidromasaje, incluso un bar de vinos junto a la piscina. El gimnasio es gratuito para su uso y el estacionamiento es muy sencillo. El condominio está ubicado justo encima del piso 3er paseo. así que el check in es una "brisa".

    Sterling Breeze se encuentra a pocos pasos de Pier Park, el muelle de pesca estatal y toda la diversión que ofrece PCB.

The location of Sterling Breeze to restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops is perfect. The pool is always clean and I would encourage guests to have a good conversation with Mrs. Barbara. She cleans the pool and does an excellent job. We like Sterling Breeze because there is not another high rise condo to the left and so it is less crowded.

Nice condo with great beach view. No 1 hr early check in. The online reservation not too smooth, double charged for parking. After parking at 5pm no one at the check in desk, all shopping and luggage carts locked up. The electric grill on deck did not work and the drip pans looked like had not been cleaned for a long while. Brought nice steaks from home to grill. The skillet I found had not been cleaned, we had to clean before using it. The couch needs to be replaced. Had to wait for elevator's sometimes and when they emptied the doors would close within 2-3 seconds so fast we missed getting on multipe times. We would put our hands out to stop the doors and it would close anyway. 2nd bathroom had odor, had to run a box fan all the time.

Senior Spring break

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

Just wonderful.

The experience met every expectation we had. Cleanliness is at the top of my list when I stay away from home and this room was as close to spotless as you can get. I also prefer lower floor levels and the fourth floor was a nice level.

Delightful Stay

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We loved the condo. Very tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Love working with Warren Beach rentals. If there are any issues they are quick to respond and fix it. Can't wait for next year.

Best location in the building. We loved the location and layout

Loved the 4th floor location, walked right across from the parking lot over the crosswalk, and never had to catch the elevator. The pool is was fantastic, met so many great folks there and at the fire pit. Hard to beat the location, right on the beach, no high rises to your east, pier park right across the street and make SURE to check out Dustys oyster bar.. im now addicted!!

Spring break 2024

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze many times and love the convenience of the location, but less crowded than other larger resorts! With the exception of one elevator wing down and prolonged wait time this year, all was great! 401 was beautiful! It had lots of room and all kitchen accessories needed for the week! We arrived and was able to check in early also!

Great place, good location, low floor no elevator issues

This condo was as advertised, very clean, beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. It was good to have 3 bathrooms with 6 of us including 4 teens. The only negative was that the bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable - would be ok for younger kids.
