Guest access
When you’re here, the whole townhouse is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide the sports equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.

Other things to note
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee (per car) that you can pick up at the front desk as well.

We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in.
