LIVING AREA
Watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV while you sit back on the huge sectional with an attached chaise lounge with room for six. Want to lay back even further? Slide the movable backrests to the lounge position and enjoy a semi lounger in every seat! The nearby kitchen island features seating for four and the nearby dining table features seating for eight.
KITCHEN & DINING
Craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with ample stone counter space and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, you'll find seating for eight at the dining table with an additional four at the kitchen island.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home sleeps 12 comfortably – up to 8 adults due to bunk bed limitations. The home features 4 bedrooms.
The primary bedroom of the house boasts a plush king-size bed and huge flat-screen TV for your entertainment. An ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed standing shower provides the perfect oasis when you want to escape from the hustle and bustle for a few minutes.
The second bedroom contains two queen-size beds.
The third bedroom contains one queen-size bed.
The fourth bedroom contains two twin-over-twin bunkbeds, perfect for the kids to have their own private retreat.
All bedrooms feature flat-screen smart TVs for your entertainment.
A second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination is located near the second bedroom.
HOUSE AMENITIES
This home features a full-size washer and dryer so you won't have to worry about packing any dirty clothes for the trip home.
Soleil provides an initial starter set of toiletries that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR AREAS AND NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Relax on the back patio and enjoy the serene open landscape behind the home. With an outdoor couch, loveseat and chair, the patio provides seating for six. Grab your favorite book and an ice-cold lemonade and let the day get away from you!
PARKING
Guests will have access to the brick paver driveway and garage. We kindly ask guests to park no more than one vehicle in the garage. An additional three vehicles will fit in the driveway. There is some overflow parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
THE AREA
If you do want to venture away from the majesty of the home, head to the nearby Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub – ask for the Bangin' Bloody Mary! For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. However, given the beach location, a small amount of sand and occasional dust on ceiling fans may be overlooked. If you notice any such issues, please inform us, and we will be glad to address them promptly. This property has three cameras onsite: one above the garage facing the driveway. One doorbell-style camera at the front door facing outward. One spotlight camera facing the backyard and patio area. These devices are capable of monitoring audio and video. House not clean. Washroom had hairs all over. Toilets were getting stuck. Cockroaches seen in the house. Iron wasn’t working. No toaster or cutting board available. Four Night Stay
The location of the property was in great proximity to Walmart, Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. The property was very clean. The single queen bed in the first bedroom could use a mattress topper, because the mattress was hard. The bedroom with the double beds didn't have a TV, but the other 3 bedrooms have nice size TVs. Communication was great I had a question and management text me right back.Would 100% book this property again.

The house was beautiful and close to the beach and shopping areas! We had 10 of us and 2 babies and we never felt like we were in top of each other. We did have a small drain issue with one of the bathtubs, but once I messaged the host, they came out the next day and fixed it in less then 5 minutes. Would definitely come back!!

JAZZ LIFE MINI VACAY
From the instant view when we unlocked the door the house was so beautiful warm and very welcoming to the eyes. The person that I spoke with anytime I had a question about anything was very helpfuL and answered my question very professionally and in a timely manner. This was a perfect home and neighborhood and will definitely come back to stay again next year if it is available. Thanks for all your help with renting this beautiful home.

New years trip
The house was perfect, nice yard, rooms were great. The kitchen had a nice open feel to it. The Tv’s are hugeee!!. Everything was truly amazing and the price was great . Would definitely recommend staying here for any big family or friend group.

Beautiful home in a great location.
The home was as advertised, clean, and beautiful. My only feedback is that some instruction on location and use of appliances and utilities (ceiling fans) along with trash pickup days would be helpful. Other than that, the house was great and would definitely book again.

A place I will return! My entire family loved it.
The house itself was amazing! So tastefully decorated, nice appliances, good beds. This house has it all...if there wouldve been a pool we probably wouldve had to be evicted its so amazing (jk). This is a place where our 5 teens and 4 other family members had plenty of room and all enjoyed the stay together. We all agree we want to go stay at this same house again.
