The home had fleas and roaches. The pool was green. Half of the fans didn't work and the a/c didn't go lower than 70 so it was miserable. The dishes were filthy. The fence door was dry rotted and on the ground so don't expect to have pets out there. The parking says 2 in garage and 4 in driveway but they had a big golf cart in the way so no one could use the garage and the driveway barely fit 2 cars. This is the most I have ever paid for a place in PCB for the fourth of July and it was ghetto. I do not recommend at all. For what we dealt with I would have been better off at a motel for way cheaper and same result.

The house has been renovated but looks like from water damage. wood floors had spots, running stain and nails sticking up, bottom of many door are messed up, marble floor is not level in kitchen off living-room. Bad choice if feet wet and step on marble your going downKitchen dishwasher has mold and will not clean dishes (dishes for kids that are plastic are molded) I even went and bought cascade thinking it would help. Dishes come out wet and were put up wet from previous tenants or cleaning staff. Contact paper used on kitchen counter to look granite. Its bubbling by cook top and have to be extra careful what you put on counters.Pool was okay, just stayed a light green and had a hose running water into it whole time (trip hazzard) plus sand in bottomThe scary part was door leading to pool off living room had rusted and metal turned up ( we bought black duct tape and covered and padded area) that was such a safety problem.only one night stand in master and no lamp. So you turn off over head and find your way to bed. Bed slept well and big house, but glass coffee tables and kitchen table made me nervous with grand kid. Washer and dryer work well! But needs lots of attention. grass was high and hitch hikers got it dogs fur. Spray paint is the back with letters. Not picture pretty. Mermaid fountain worked but ugly. very ornate! rug was stainedNeeds lots of attention!
