Welcome to the Emerald Coast at Panama City Beach -the most superb white sandy beaches in the world ! Enjoy a great affordable vacation. Located just accoss Thomas drive from the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful townhome is the perfect place for a peaceful vacation, a piece of haven at high -rising palms above the balconies. The parking lot at the front door is one of the greatest advatages and conveniences this wonderful townhome provides. The beach is located in less than a 5 minutes walk from your front door. Also, you can chill out at the community pool which is stocked with pool long chairs. Umbrellas and beach chairs and towels are provided as well for you convinience. With 1550sq/ft of living space, this home has two stories. Two balconies on the second floor and two lanai spaces on the first floor, the door from master bedroom opens to the parking area. the door from the second bedroom opens to the pool area. Two bedrooms and two bathroom are located at the first floor : master bedroom with king size bed, and the other one with a queen bed size bed and bunk bed area. The second floor offers spacious ceilings. This place will be ideal to fit any big family. Unit has a tropical warm interior design. Living room, kitchen and dining area are all open space for gathering. Ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms for your comfort.Half bath is also on the second floor close to the kitchen. the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player. A huge dining table, kitchen with bar stools, computer deck are all for your convinience. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Our guests enjoy the coziness, cleaniliness and the perfect location that our home offers during their stay !This charming and cozy two bedroom townhome is a perfect retreat for the budget minded traveler desiring a beach side getaway . No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Kids are welcome . You must be 25 or older to rent this house.

Overall best vacation experience!

This was our first time ever using VRBO, first family vacation & our first time to Panama and we were so very pleased with everything about our rental! It had everything we needed and then some! So spacious, very clean, great location, the walk to the beach was only like 5 mins! We loved how that area of the beach was not crowded! We most definitely would love to rent it again in the future!

3rd stay here

We love the location, although the walk to the beach can become cumbersome! Close proximity to Walmart and Winn Dixie, and some of the most popular restaurants. The beach access right across the road is not a busy one, we never had to search for a spot on the beach it was fairly open. If there is a problem with anything in the condo, the owner responds quickly. I like The proximity to the pool, u can walk out the balcony and look directly down into it.

Holiday Beach

This is the 2nd property we have rented from Irina. She maintains and manages them well. We have good communication with her and she gives you a lot of helpful information about the area. It's a nice short walk to a pretty beach.

This is by far the best supplied place we have rented in 20 years. Coffee, paper supplies in abundance, CLEANING SUPPLIES, laundry supplies! We brought our own because I have never experienced this. But what a surprise. The unit was clean, as pictured. The ceilings were very high on the second floor, also better than average on the first, making it feel very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. This is not ocean front, but the front view is right straight down Safari Street to the view of the water. Very relaxing month's stay. The parking is directly outside the master bedroom, unusual, but since we brought mostly clothes it was very convenient. This this close to our favorite restaurants and grocery stores. Pier Park is about a twenty minute drive, fun to visit, but too congested to stay near.There are lots of family attractions near this rental, as well as golf. We had only one problem, a very dead never to be revived cable remote, but Irina's husband went to the company and replaced it the next day. The pool is not heated, but was refurbished while we were there. Right out the back door, I think it would be wonderful in warmer months. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our entire stay. The place was beautiful inside and out and it was a block from beach access 13. Irina the owner was absolutely the best to deal with and we will rent from her again! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful beach house by the beach !!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach home. The pool is literally in your backyard and the beach is across the street. This home was perfect for our stay and Irina was always checking in on us to see how everything was going. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

We loved it!

We had 2 adults, 2 teens and a toddler, and it met our needs perfectly! The condo was spacious, laid out very well, and was well stocked to meet all of our needs. Short and easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. Pool was closed for a few days due to an incident, but Irina was very responsive and communicated well to keep us informed. We would gladly recommend to anyone considering this rental and hope to stay here again in the future.
