    Additional Parking Area: An Overflow Parking Lot is also available to Origin Beach Resort guests and owners, for those occasions when on-site parking is congested, and for large vehicles and trailers (trailers are not permitted in the parking garage). When exiting the Origin Beach Report property, turn right into westbound Front Beach Road, and then another right turn just past the first blacktop lot. DO NOT park in this first lot, as it belongs to Sharky’s and your vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense. Please park in the first section of the second lot, in a space depicted by the yellow lines.

The room was even nicer than we expected. Very roomie. Very affordable for the space. The property was great. The security at the door was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We’ll book here again for our next trip.

The room itself was nice, clean and had a great view. The pool and hot tub were nice. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Short drive to Pier Park. The parking garage elevator areas had a bad smell. I had communication with the host up until my stay here. I had some issues on check in day and couldn't reach the host and never heard back to see if everything ended up okay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view

Location great, condo beautiful, amazing pool. Easy access to beach. Resort very clean and well maintained. Cons: toilet in main bathroom runs if you don’t set handle just right, very limited kitchen cookware and utensils, limited towels, dryer takes at least 3 cycles to dry a small load of clothes and washer very loud, couch needs replaced so uncomfortable to sit on and mattress needs replaced in bedroom without bath. We had a great stay.

Great Condo for a Large Family

We loved this property! Its location was amazing, beautiful views, very clean, and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. The owner was very organized with all the information and responded very quickly to questions. We will definitely be staying here again.
