Communication: Great!
We were sent a text letting us know we could check in early with a gate code to access the garage and our room code. You must then go to the lobby to receive your packet with parking passes and wristbands (we wore ours on our ankles).
Our room: Awesome!
The room was beautiful and very clean. It had a coastal chic vibe and was very inviting and comfy. My son and I immediately felt at home.!!
Balcony with a beach/gulf/city view!
One bedroom with comfy king, full kitchen (stocked with cookware, dinnerware, silverware, coffee maker and toaster) and W/D. We were provided paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponge, an extra trash bag for each can ( you will need to dispose of trash, there is a shoot on each floor),2 rolls toilet paper, travel S/C , facial bar, hand bar soap, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets for one load. Bunks and sofa bed in LR. There were 3 beach chairs in the closet and a couple puzzles/deck of cards in DR cabinet. TV in LR and BR.
Property: Great!
Heated outdoor pool and spa (ages 12 and up only) on 4th floor that overlooks the beach. 2 outdoor grilling areas. A sunrise and sunset deck on 15th floor (access from East/West elevators, not main). Beach access directly across the street (Senor Frogs to the left or on the right beside Sharky's). Staff was courteous and attentive.
