    Check out this lovely 3BR/2BA vacation home in the Inlet Beach community, located on the quiet east end of Hwy 30A. Rosemary Beach is within walking distance, with lots of unique shopping and dining options. Take a stroll 2 blocks to the Inlet Beach access and enjoy the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Inlet Rose is raised on stilts, so the main level is up one flight of stairs and features lovely hardwood floors, a large, open kitchen, and one queen bedroom. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a king and twin bed and a bedroom with two queen beds, sleeping a total of 9 guests comfortably. Relax on the spacious wraparound porch, sip your favorite beverage on the top floor balcony, or chill at the beach all day long!  Enjoy lasting memories by making Inlet Rose your next beach vacation tradition!

    Inlet Beach is South Walton's easternmost and most untouched beach neighborhood. Boasting the largest public beach access point in South Walton and easy access to both Rosemary Beach and Carillon Beach nearby, it will provide you with a load of options. Donut Hole has now opened an Inlet Beach location, and there are local favs for a casual meal such as The Terrace or Shades at the Loop. Hop on some bikes and go check out Old World style Rosemary Beach or enjoy lounging in the sun. Whatever you choose for your beach vacation, you can't go wrong with Inlet Beach.

    Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. 

    This laid back, fun family atmosphere awaits you! Come stay and play and see for yourself what makes our community and the 30A area so special! 

    The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Bachelorette Beach Bash!

We really enjoyed our stay here! There were plenty of beds, lots of communal areas to hang out in, and the beach and town center were both only a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommend for a group getaway or family trip!

Perfect Family Spot!

The Inlet Rose is the perfect spot for your family beach vacation. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, it was very easy to run back and forth between the beach and house with the kids. We will definitely be coming back.

Best part was the 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Inlet is nice and quiet and perfectly close to Rosemary with the shopping and restaurant options.

The location was great—just a short walk to the beach. However, we were disappointed to find cockroaches in the shower and visible mold. While we weren’t expecting a modern or updated space, we did expect it to be clean and pest-free

Little bit of heaven

Great location. Easy to get in and out of when driving, even when traffic is crazy. The secluded neighborhood makes access super easy. Quiet neighborhood. Great beach access and the include chair service was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Convenient walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The location was amazing - just a quick walk to the beach. The property was not as updated as many others in the neighborhood, but it was priced appropriately. We loved that we were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The bathroom upstairs lacks privacy, but other than that, no real issues!

Perfect for a family vacation!

This house was the perfect stay for our beach vacation! Everything was exactly as listed, clean, and ready for our arrival. Loved the open floor plan that allowed my two young kids to run around and play! And the short walk to the beach allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in the sand! My kids especially loved the outdoor shower for removing sand! Also, the neighborhood was very laid back and quiet during our stay! I would highly recommend this house for any families looking for a cozy beach getaway.

First 30A Vacation

We had never been to the gulf area of Florida and we loved it here! Walkable to everything in Rosemary Beach, including the beach. The house was perfect for our family: 2 adults, 3 older teens. Note that until you get into the house and on the wifi there is no internet in the area at all. Once we arrived we had to leave and drive back toward PCB to get a signal so I could locate the door code and instructions on how to enter the house!A fun spring break week, we hope to return!

Location location location, just wish…..

The location of the home is incredible. So close to the beach. You can walk, bike or just drive up to the beach steps and drop your stuff off, drive back to the house and walk/bike back to the beach for set up. Get there early for set up because Inlet Beach is very very narrow and the adjoining beaches (Rosemary) do not allow tents, which we needed because we had toddlers to protect from the sun. The property was as described. There were only a few issues, which I will be reaching out to the property manager about. The home is much older than the others in the area and is need of updating. The furniture, especially the outdoor furniture is falling apart. But it is spacious and comfortable. And the location can’t be beat for the price. I would stay again. And hope a few improvements would have been made.

Quaint House in Fairly Quiet Area

House is as described, it is older and not as updated as others in the area but had everything that we needed here to cook breakfast, and dinner and just sit and do nothing if we wanted to. The bathroom situation upstairs was a little unusual as there is an open area above the doorway that is not closed off so everyone can hear when someone is in there, but it was just family so it was ok for us. There is some construction going on across the street but didn't bother us too much at all except for one morning it was loud. Loved that this was like 3 blocks from the beach-easy to run back to the house if you forgot something. We biked with our backpack chairs and small cooler. Beach was easy to get on and didn't feel crowded. The area is quiet at night. Sat out on the porch many mornings reading. House is still close enough to Rosemary-quick 3-5 ride over there so our kids were able to still hang with friends who were staying over that way.

If you’re considering, BOOK IT!

This property is amazing!!! It is one of the older homes on the block but that certainly doesn’t take away from its charm. Walking distance to the beach! Big beautiful porches and a balcony off the top floor bedroom. Can’t beat this property! Especially for the price! Highly highly recommend

Great location

Loved being in walking distance to the beach. We enjoy walking so we also walked to shops & restaurants. Some beach chairs & toys were provided. Only complaint was that we had to make a special trip to the store for things like hand soap & toilet paper ( they only provide one roll per bathroom for 6 people staying a week and one bottle of soap) Beds are all firm, bring beach towels. Over all we enjoyed our stay & the location. Will definitely be back.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay! Great location, large bedrooms, great porch, short walk to beach! Lots of parking was convenient. Speaking with property manager was helpful with questions we had. House was could have been cleaner. Dining room table was sticky and the floors needed a mop. The house also seemed to be warm even with ac on 70 degrees, especially upstairs. Luckily it was in the 60s outside so we had the door open a lot. All in all, we would stay here again!

Family fall break.

We enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house worked nicely for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We could not get the downstairs to cool below 76°. The upstairs a/c was nice and cool. We love this area on 30a. This house is reasonably priced for the area.

Loved it! We will be back!

We had an incredible time at this house. The location to the beach is amazing and has sidewalks which is nice if you have littles with you. It is also a short walk into Rosemary to the shops and restaurants. We have stayed in this area before and this house is hands-down our favorite on location, rooms and communications. We will definitely request this house again.
