This waterfront condo has beach access via the building's private boardwalk so you can laze on the sand from sunup to sundown. If you feel the urge to switch things up, head over to the complex's indoor/outdoor pool or opt for a soak in the hot tub; this is resort living.



    Your coastal condo has all your needs covered with a full kitchen, a private washer and dryer, three flatscreen TVs, and that all-essential central AC.

Communication with the host was absolutely wonderful. The ocean view was absolutely spectacular and the balcony furniture with high chairs made it even better. The pool was very clean and so is the condo except for the floors. Take a pair of shoes that you can easily slip into because you will need to wear them the entire time your in the condo. We absolutely loved our stay and did not want to come home!

The view was amazing on the 17th floor. We seemed to sleep comfortably with 5 in our group. The refrigerator dripped water in the fridge part so I kept a small bowl to contain it. The washer did not work at all. It would turn on but nothing after that. The dryer worked well. Mold was found on the shower curtains that should be replaced. We will not be staying in this condo again although the building was acceptable just not the one we rented.

The communication with the host was poor upon arrival. The checkin instructions said to go buy a parking pass, so I did. I then received a message saying there should be one included in our welcome folder in the room. There was no welcome folder and no parking pass. I asked for a refund and all I got was a “thank you for letting us know”. The WiFi login and password that was given to us on the checkin message was not an option. I asked the host and they just sent me the same information multiple times. Once I provided a screenshot showing there information was not listed as an option, all I got was a “thank you for letting us know”. The washing machine flooded our 1st night but thankfully building maintenance was kind and able to help. Just another apology from the host. The room was clean enough but there was mold on the shower curtains and on the outside furniture and the couch had visible stains. Linens and towels were fine. The door only shut if you pushed/pulled it hard. It could be better maintained by the host. The view and location are the only saving grace in my opinion. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this host due to the above mentioned issues and the fact that they did not offer any resolutions.

We came as a family of 4. Though the room is beachfront and has nice location close to things to do. The room was not clean. #1706. After entering our wristbands were present as stated but no parking pass as it stated should there. After calling the numbers given to solve the issue,They went around in circles about us not receiving the free parking pass and wanting to charge the card. Which is not indicated in the information given pre-arrival. After the 2nd day of our 6day stay and 15 calls later. We finally got our parking pass. And learned information from a worker that the company changed the name from being sued and getting over on people. When we pulled out the couch to become a bed in the living room. The sheets on it were far from clean. Though a set of new sheets was rolled up together. We changed them ourselves. Which we expected after paying almost 3K to enter a clean space. The second room with two twin bed, there close y the bathroom had a roach crawling in it. there was mildew on the shower curtains. The floors were not clean. Do not walk around barefoot. And to make our trip even better. Our last day when leaving the morning of. The water stopped working completely. Luckily we had our own bottles of water to use and brush our teeth. Causing other guests staying to go and fill up buckets of water from places and bring it back to their room as we spoke to them on our way down to pack our luggage into the vehicle. this stay is not recommended. Good luck if you do
