    Sunrise Beach amenities are aplenty including covered parking, on-site management, a fitness room, children's water play area, and two large, beach-side pools, one of which is heated during the cooler months.

    Head just a half-mile east to enjoy a fun and fascinating dolphin experience at Gulf World, or take a drive over to Pier Park, only two miles away, to enjoy an array of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Also located within a mile from the property is the Hidden Lagoon Golf and Racetrack, fun for the entire family. And for outdoor adventures, explore Conservation Park, an expansive green space featuring miles of hiking trails, less than six miles from Sunrise Beach.

Nice unit. Enjoyed my stay. Love Sunrise Beach Condos. Unit was fairly clean. Doors, balcony floor,, etc could use a good cleaning. Comfortable, clean bed.

Beautiful Oasis

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at the property. The location was excellent with lots to do in walking distance. The view of the ocean was very enjoyable sitting out on the large balcony, which had more than enough seating for all of us. Overall the condo was clean, however I think the carpets in the 2 bedrooms could use a good deep cleaning. We would definitely book this location again in the future!

Great for families with kids

We had a great stay at this resort. Next door to senor frogs which was alot of fun. Older kids enjoyed the pool. Myself and my wife had a great time as well. Not much for smaller kiddos that cant swim or touch in 3ft water but thats pretty normal. Beach area was clean and chairs were a breeze to get!.

Wonderful vacation get away

905 Sunrise Beach was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and nicely decorated with everything you would need if you decided to eat in! Lots of restaurants to choose from and lots of places to shop all close by! Love sitting on the balcony and seeing the beautiful beach and listening to the ocean waves!Checking in and out was very easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend and look forward to renting this condo again! The Seaton’s

Location good-property needs deep clean

Location and amenities good. Property needs update and DEEP CLEANING. Master carpet filthy, grout very dirty. Couch Worn out. Ceiling fan in 2 nd bedroom not working. Walls scuffed etc.

Spring Break

Stayed for 5 nights with our family of 4. Perfect size for us (kids age 3 & 6) Pros: heated pool was great for the kids, weather was chillier than we expected 50s/60s and the pool at night was warmed up to bath water temp which made swimming more tolerable. The beach is beautiful and we were able to get beach chairs and an umbrella with no difficulty for our stay. Close to many near by attractions. Loved the gulf world aquarium and goofy golf mini golf course. Walmart was a less than 5 minute drive from the condo so we are in a majority of our trip. The condo was clean and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Saw many dolphins in the mornings and evenings. Only con was the patio furniture had seen better days. The table was completely covered in rust, so bring a cheap table cloth for eating outside. Also, bring hangers for your clothes if you intend on hanging things up. The condo had none but we bought some cheap ones and left there. We would definitely stay in this condo again if going back to Panama City.

Great stay!

We had a 4 night stay for a babymoon for my best friend and I, with our husbands and my 1 year old son. This was during spring break but we were able to avoid all the crowds during this stay! We had a short beach walk to The Hangout restaurant and Sharkys, never having to drive! Beach access is great, short walk to set up without having to walk across pool deck like others. My husband enjoyed the hot tub after his gym time, which he said had the best views while working out. The condo itself was very clean. I wish there was extra linens or blankets, no big deal but there has always been some stored in other rentals. The master is spacious and gorgeous, love the balcony access. The other room is very tiny, no room for luggage or to change but would be okay for a couple small children to share. Luckily large bathroom for that room across the hall. The TV was a bit confusing. We were able to connect to cable in the master but could not figure out how in the living room to watch March Madness. But other than that, the stay was great!
