Newly Renovated! PCB Beachfront condo!

Summary:
Come enjoy this newly remodeled beachfront condo on the 8th floor to make sure that you get the best views of the beach. With easy elevator access this two-bedroom two bath condo offers some of the best benefits for you to enjoy; sugar soft white sand beaches, heated pool offers near year around swimming, close access to the best beachfront restaurants and amazing uninterrupted views of the gulf.

**Camera's are located on Balcony for liability purposes and front entrance only**

The Space:
The condo boasts nearly new everything. Fresh carpet, paint, furniture and mattresses. A full kitchen that faces the ocean to make dinner time that much more enjoyable. The oversized balcony has ample seating options and the beach is just steps away from the building.

Guest Access:
You will be able to park in the parking garage but you must register your vehicle via email sent to you once you are there. A one time $50 parking fee covers the entire stay. You will have a reusable wrist band to wear while you are at the property that must be returned upon departure, or additional fees mayapply. Uber and other ride share companies are plentiful.

The Neighborhood:
Directly on the beach next to a state park

Getting Around:
Parking passes are required to park in the parking garage, parking at the state park next door is an option during the day.

Other Things to Note:
4 Foldable beach chairs and wagon are available in the condo for your use!

While we may not be available in person we are always a phone call/text away!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This host cancelled on me at the last minute less than 18 hours before my plane left Illinois. I had 5 people to accommodate and no where else to stay. I finally found a place to stay much farther then all the sights I had planned so we would have spent alot of time in the car traveling from our new place. I did not even receive a phone call I just received a message and a refund. Very disappointing. It changed my trip. I spent alot of money. The whole thing was very fishy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST OR THIS VRBO

Just returned home from an 11 day stay in this beautiful condo! Very well decorated and clean. Sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. Parking deck below condo was convenient and the security was great. My family of 5 will definitely stay again

Nice condo!

We had a great stay at this beachfront condo! It was beautifully decorated and had such a warm, homey feel. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I had a question.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Clean, Modern, and Comfortable!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was incredibly clean and modern, with comfortable beds and stylish furniture that made it feel like a home away from home. The spacious balcony was a highlight – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach view. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach and close to everything you need. The owners were very responsive and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had during my stay. I definitely plan to stay here again and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Loved that the facility was family-friendly, the beachfront was not packed and we were not kept up all night by college spring breakers. The condo was clean and I loved the decor. We'd love to head back!
