Enjoy the luxuries of a private pool, parking for 4 vehicles, masterfully designed finishes. Conveniently located off of Thomas Drive just a short walk to restaurants, bars and the famous Schooners Beach Club!

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

La ubicación de la casa está muy bien lo único que no me gusto fue lo de la limpieza la casa y la piscina estaba muy sucia pero de hay en fuera todo estuvo bien

Nice space

The open lay out of the home was accommodating for our group. The location to the beach was just a short walk, maybe a 2 minute walk. There were a couple of things broke within the home. We made the property manager aware of the items. The managing company was friendly, and sent a work note for maintance-the items broke did not affect our stay in the home. If you plan on using the fire pit you need to supply your own wood for it. Luckily, the majority of the stores carry firewood. We Will be staying in this home again! Loved it!

Everything was falling apart

Our stay began with us not being able to get in. Code didn’t work!! Grill had no propane so property manager had to bring ng us a new one! Only 1/4 of the grill would work!! Lights above pool were mostly burned out! Ice dispenser didn’t work! Chair in front of house was cracked and broken. Took 5 days for door issue to be resolved. Had to leave our door unlocked or we couldn’t get back in. The dryer destroyed our clothing and nobody will get back to me about paying for damaged clothing!!! Very disappointed!! Property managers ignored our complaints !! Go somewhere else!!!

Could’ve been 5 stars

Property advertised a hot tube which it had but didn’t work. Also refrigerator ice maker didn’t dispense the ice. Lights over the pool didn’t work. The house & location is great! I just wished everything had been working. Called the manager & someone came out but nothing got fixed. Overall it was a great experience & definitely would’ve gotten 5 stars if everything worked.

The place was easy to find and in a great location. The pool was a plus for the grandkids because for 2 days they could not swim in the ocean. The house was big enough for my family of 14 and we will be looking at this home again for next year. Thanks for everything!

Inside the place was great, outside the place was sadly neglected. I'm not impressed with ECDI (Emerald Coast), the management company. We were without vable until Trsday and they never completed any of the requested repairs we spoke to them about.

Spacious for families!

We appreciated the ample space offered by this property at a great price. Our primary challenges involved managing the assortment of remote controls and figuring out the lighting systems, including the outdoor lights. Additionally, the fence dividing this property from the next was absent. Although the neighboring tenants, who were also renting, expressed their dissatisfaction with their landlord over this issue, it didn't significantly impact us. However, for families with small children, the missing fence could raise safety and privacy concerns. Despite these minor issues, the property's amenities were excellent, and the spacious rooms were ideal for a family gathering. The property manager was highly responsive. If the above issues are addressed, the stay would be near perfect! (It was way too cold to swim, but I think that responsibility belongs to a higher power).

Amazing house and location

The overall experience was amazing, the house and backyard were as seen in the pictures and location was amazing. The only issues we faced was the backyard had a few hiccups but that was mainly caused by the hurricane earlier in the year. Other than that the house was amazing and I’d recommend everyone considering this house to rent it as soon as you can!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is so comfortable and it was very clean! Florida in August is hot(!) and we enjoyed many hours in the pool! Easy walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants! Our adult kids kept saying how perfect the house was for a family vacation- we will definitely visit again. The rental company was very easy to work with!

Dirtiest property I have ever stayed at! Broken items everywhere.

Immediately we were sad not just by the trashy neighborhood this house was in but by how nasty dirty the house is. Sand in beds, so obviously not washed. Living room furniture stained with what I believed was urine and food was off limits to our entire family. Broken furniture, outdoor furniture, pool not clean, and had a dangerous broken light in the pool with exposed wires that they didn't even care to fix. No lights out back, the sting lights in the photo do not work. Asked mgt to fix they did come out said they would request it but then NEVER came back. Oh, and no hot water after traveling 14+hrs until 2pm the next day. We had to cancel plans because of this. Mgt. didnt think it was important enough to have someone come out immediately to fix. infants, kids, adults no showers! Not how water for wagong dishes!! I have never had to document a house at checking before and we rent by owner multiple times a yr. Go to Google review of Emerald Coast PCB for real photos of this property. Run dont walk away from this rental and probably property mgt group as they are not keeping their properties clean. The response I received was “If you hire people from 3rd worlds they dont know how to properly clean, this is our problem”. No this was our problem as this is a nonrefundable rental we had to stay in for 9 days!

The house was beautiful, we had some small maintence issues, ut the major ones were addressed right away (the alarms on the doors). The biggest issue we had was the pool was dirty, even the maintence worker who came out took a picture to request service, but no one ever came out. The ceiling was leaking in multiple spots (slow random not a full leak), we were told it was condensation. Over all it was a quiet neighborhood, easy access to a beach, plenty of parking and space for 2 families.

Perfect low key location

Really enjoyed our 4th of July stay. The location is away from the busiest areas and still a short walk from the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There was a plumbing issue the first night but we submitted it online and staff arrived to fix it first thing in the morning. We'd love to stay here again!

It was the perfect spot for our family (extended) vacation. Very short walk to the beach and also had a pool that the littles absolutely loved. It’s out of the congested part of PCB but still close to everything you want. Definitely recommend.

PCB Thunder Beach Bike Rally

My group loved this house and location! We used the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. It was very close to the beach and we were able to walk there in just a couple minutes. We had a group of 15 and everyone got great, overall loved our stay!

All that glitters isn’t gold: Proximity to beach and House were the draw but….

Location is great. Pool area is adorable and makes the house. There is space for plenty. Called management company 3 times and never received one phone call back but people showed up multiple times throughout the week UNANNOUNCED and at ALL hours of the night! There were no checkin or checkout instructions. Batteries were missing from remote controls. Roku TV did not work on at least 2 TVs and there were no instructions on how to use. AC DID NOT WORK for first 24 hours. No kids could sleep in kids room bc it was so hot. Had kids on floors to be able to be comfortable. Toilets were bubbling and not functioning properly for 48 hours. Sump pump did not work. Had to call someone to service bc toilet paper was coming out of the backup pump. Cleaning company for house is not great AT ALL. Bedding was dirty. Got in late on checkin day and had to wash the bedding, sweep floors that were covered in sand and even replace shower curtain in on bathroom bc it was so gross. There were vape cartridges tucked into the cushions by the pool. We had to deflect an explanation for our teen/tween kids. The pictures look better than the reality. The management company is TERRIBLE! The house and fees were NOT WORTH everything we paid!
