With only two units per floor, access is a breeze, adding to the exclusivity of The Villas at Seacrest. Inside, the main living area showcases a gleaming kitchen with high-end appliances, a wine bar, and a gorgeous granite island, great for gathering. Our family vacation was amazing! The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a hit and very the property very well maintained. We are definitely going back!!

Second time to Seacrest!

We rented a home last year across the street from the pool. This year we had a beautiful condo over looking the pool. Ourselves, our two children and four grand granddaughters had a wonderful time! Well see you next year!!

Perfect Stay

Our family of six had a great time. Beautiful condo. Overlooking the pool, a short 4 min walk to the beach, and the bike rides to local shops and restaurants made this a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Seacrest pool, not beach

The unit is beautiful and spacious and a great location, also pretty clean but could use a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the "allowed" beach was so small and is surrounded by private beach with signs everywhere basically telling you to stay off. People are literally stepping over each other to try to get to the water, there is practically no walking room. I'm so disappointed that none of the other reviews mentioned this. We went for a beach vacation, not a pool vacation- which i can do at home and not pay. Limited number of chairs and umbrellas available also and the reservations were full every day. Managing company gave the reservation info about chairs/umbrella 7 days prior to arrival and when I checked everything was booked. If you want to go to the beach be prepared to get there at 6:00am and stay so you can protect your items. This, in turn, made the pool extremely crowded. Seacrest does NOT have enough amenities for the amount of guests. Pool opened at 9:00am and you had to line up prior to the opening to try to get chairs. If you weren't there early enough you wouldn't get chairs until 2 or 3:00. The pool staff are extremely strict, constantly policing the pool perimeter, and there are mandatory 10 minutes breaks every hour where every kid under 11 has to get out for 10 minutes. Again, the unit is so nice and met all our needs, but the beach and pool situation will cause us to never return. I just want people to be aware. I was not aware

Spring Break Trip

We loved our stay at this condo. We have 3 kids under 5 and the space was amazing. Especially for the ability to put the kids down and have space to hang out. The pool and proximity to the beach was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

Really nice family vacation! Great location and overall very nice unit!

Nice property, could use some updating though, kitchen, outdoor furniture, a couple of the shower heads. Bikes were really poor quality. Would have been nice to know that we should have rented beach chairs and umbrella online and in advance, otherwise you’re stuck in the third or fourth row at the very small allotted beach area. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

Awesome place to stay.

It was perfect from the beginning till the end of our stay. Beautiful place that had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were so soft which I loved. I can’t say anything other than we will for sure go back. Loved it !

First time at Seacrest Beach

We loved the area and the location of the condo. The view of the pool and the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We recommend bringing your own beach towels, extra paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and detergent for laundry and dishes as they did not supply any beach towels and not enough of those necessities. Also cooking spices as simple as salt and pepper are not provided either. The beds were very comfortable. I recommend getting new cushions for the balcony furniture. The community pool should be heated with the evenings being so cool this time of year.. Having the 3 bikes available was great! We would definitely rent this unit again.

Loved the location

Very pretty and nice condo but needs a deep cleaning, very dusty ! The day we went to the beach the tram was at lunch from 12;30-1. We even called at 1:10 still sent to voicemail . The pool cafe hours were limited . The location was amazing !

Beach perfection!

Location! Location! Location! This condo is a short walk/bike ride to both Rosemary and Alys Beach shopping/restaurants. In fact, you don’t really even need bikes. The beach is within a short tram ride or walk. The pool is literally steps away. And…This condo is adorable! Fully stocked kitchen. It seems a previous guest…or maybe the owners…did leave some beach towels. Unfortunately we had already bought some because of the guidance from the property manager. Literally everything about this property is perfection. The only critique is about the bike situation. There are 3 that come with the property. It took several texts to the bike manager to figure out what they looked like and where to find them. If you need more than the 3 provided, just rent from the Peddler 30a next door. I would not advise renting from Vacayzen unless you rent ahead of your stay. It took them a full day to drop our single extra bike rental. They didn’t tell us when or where they dropped it or what it looked like. So much confusion and we missed out on a day and a half of using it because of the confusion. But of course that isn’t the property owners fault. Everything within their control was wonderful!! The beach is our happy place! We would definitely stay again!!

A perfect stay!

If I could give the property and property mgmt company 10 stars I would! The pictures do not do this unit justice - it has a wonderful view of the pool, great access to the front of the complex and the ocean, lovely open space for groups (or families) and updated throughout. It was immaculately clean and had so many awesome beach toys, chairs, pool floaters, boogie boards, etc The property mgmt company was a dream to work with from the moment we booked on VRBO. They were so communicative, helpful and pleasant. We had a perfect stay and cannot wait to go back!
