It includes an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, plus a private entrance to a walk-out patio and outdoor shower. The second floor boasts an open-concept living area with a kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops, a dining area, and a cozy living room opening to a balcony. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a queen bed and a connected bunk room with full bunks and a pullout twin trundle, and another with a king bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is available for both second-floor bedrooms. The third level houses the second master suite, offering a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a desk, and an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Step outside to a rooftop terrace with custom turf, Adirondack chairs, an outdoor sectional sofa, a half-bathroom with a small refrigerator, string lights, and a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. The oversized garage provides a ping pong table, beach essentials, a gas grill, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The driveway accommodates two cars, with additional street parking available. The community pool is just steps away.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the amenities such as the BBQ grill, patio, and access to the communal pool. Please note that the owner's closets are locked and not accessible.
