Great 2nd floor location on famous Thomas Dr. on one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. Panama City Beach is known for it's pure white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony with great views from every room. Owner has purchased a couple chairs and an umbrella.
Many extras including a Keurig coffee maker along with a new regular 8 cup coffee maker. (We like Coffee) Toaster oven, Microwave and all of the standard appliances to make your stay enjoyable.
Master Bedroom has a brand new King bed with a Gulf view! Master bath has a separate makeup vanity from the shower area.
Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and private entrance to hall bath. All bedrooms have TV's well as the living room.
Living room has an extra large TV sleeper sofa 1 recliner and 2 sitting chairs. Both couches are sleeper sofas. Living room has a queen and single sleeper sofas.
Dining area has a table that seats 6 and breakfast bar that seats 2 more.
Balcony at the B building are extra large breakfast table and 2 chairs, and 4 more chairs so everyone can sit and enjoy the views.

We had our first stay at the dunes and will 100 percent be booking here for our next trip. We needed something convenient to the beach having a 3 month old and other kids. The condo was perfectly located right outside the elevator and it was a short walk to the pool and beach. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Loved our stay here!

The owner new the building was undergoing extremely load and disruptive maintenance. It was extremely annoying and prohibited quiet stay. Overall unit could use better lighting and better box spring in both bedrooms.

Would stay again. Very nice and clean place ro stay.

When we arrived the shower in the master bathroom was not working . But the maintenance manager got right on it and it was fixed the next day. The pools were very nice and not over crowded . Very short walk to the beach.

Good but needs updates

Great location all around, close to St Andrews park and less traffic as opposed to the other end of town. Room was a close walk to the beach & pools. Had great views of both as well. The only negatives were a lot of the items in the rooms were outdated and could use a refresh such as ceiling fans, fridge, etc.

Not quite as advertised….

The room is fine. The balcony is great. The view of the pool is perfect. View of the beach— no. You CAN see it, but through the palms and if you lean over the edge some. There is great decking and a great path to the beach, as long as you go after 8 am. The beds are very squeaky and uncomfortable- the worst, I think, of any VBRO I’ve stayed in. The elevator is right in front of the door, which is great for unloading and loading. The trash chute is also right in front of the door, also good. Water pressure, great. Vent fans— LOUD— Great, quiet location. Far away from the main attractions, but quick access. We had a great time, love love love the beach as always! Would not stay here again.

The property was exacty as promised. We had all amenities we needed for the week. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tvs in all the bedrooms. Only complaint i could have is the showers are really low and you have to bend down a bit to use it. But nothing worth complaining. Amazing view of the ocean. 2 pools and beach directly out back. Def would return.

Great place.

The property location and the condo was great for our family. The property managers were very helpful and friendly to work with. We did have a couple maintenance issues that were resolved quickly after we had arrived. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and well kept. The refrigerator didn't seem to stay very cold though. Loved the large tv in living room. Wished we had a vacuum in the condo to help us clean up after ourselves. The sand is always a battle. Perfect approximation of the condo from the pool and beach access, made running back up to the room so easy. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful few days on the most beautiful beaches!!

Hidden Dunes of Panama

Beautiful location, very nice accommodation s, the home was very clean and very well equipped! The decor was amazing and so beautiful! I would absolutely stay again! I did find that staff where slow to respond to a maintenance issue. (They did respond but it was after 3-4 days) and although the condo was beautifully decorated, it was not small child friendly. There was no safety lock on the front door and we where straight across from the elevator with two very active small children (a 3 year old and a 4 year old). I would recommend this location to my friends with older children!
