NEW - Beautiful 1-bedroom condo located in the private gated Carillon Beach community in Pinnacle Port. Condo is situated on the 2nd floor of a low-rise building (B1) and offers breathtaking beachfront views.

Inside the condo, you'll find a beautifully decorated and professionally designed space. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size pantry. It's a perfect spot for preparing meals while enjoying the stunning beach views. The adjacent living room is also designed to maximize the views, allowing you to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

The master bedroom is comfortable, furnished with two queen-size beds. It includes a 55" smart TV for your entertainment and offers double closets with barn doors for convenience and style. The main bathroom features a separate sink and dressing area, with beautiful lighting, double mirrors, and a stool.

The condo is named "Sandy Toes" and promises not to disappoint. The resort Pinnacle Port is known for its seclusion, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway. It offers direct access to a pristine stretch of sugar-white sands and sparkling emerald waters, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting for your vacation.

Pinnacle port has a range of amenities, including two swimming pools, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. You can also enjoy various activities such as walking on the beach, kayaking, fishing off the docks, relaxing at the gazebo with views of Lake Powell, tennis courts, a sauna/steam room, fitness room, and a bocce ball court.

Additionally, it's conveniently located within a mile of 30A, a popular scenic highway known for its charming beach communities and attractions. You'll also have easy access to nearby attractions such as Pier Park and the vibrant atmosphere of Panama City Beach.

The community is secure with a 24-hour gated entrance and is centrally located between Camp Helen State Park and Carillon Beach. Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

Please note that the rental is restricted to guests who are at least 25 years old, and it allows a maximum of 3 adult guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. For security purposes, there is a RING doorbell installed at the front door to monitor outside activity.

Failure to adhere to the above rules may result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and no refunds.

This trip was for me and my best friend! We enjoyed the inside of the condo very much! It is just as described! I would have preferred better amenities at the location but that has nothing to do with the owner of this condo! Overall, we really enjoyed our short stay. Would have loved black out curtains in the bedroom (bright too early) and a smart tv for netflix!

The property was very clean & had all the amenities desired. The view from the second story room balcony was perfect of the beach front (picture provided). The area surrounding the property had many additional available activities that would have been perfect for families with children. This trip was just for me & my wife, so we did not use these facilities. Many good restaurants within reasonable driving distance. This was a perfect property for our trip.

Simply perfect!

My daughter and I toured colleges for the first half of her spring break and then relaxed at this beautiful condo! It was heaven. It is so beautiful inside and comfy. The view from the balcony (and even the couch!) was awesome! I even saw dolphins! The beach was long and not very many people. I hope we can come back!

Awesome Location

This condo was the perfect beachfront getaway! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony. The amenities were top-notch, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay!!

We stay in the P.C. area from Destin to Mexico Beach. This was one of our best experiences from pulling on to the property to opening the door and seeing a condo that looked even better than all the great pics when reviewing. Description: Clean, bright, welcoming, relaxing, excellently kept, style and class but not over done! Location on the beach and plenty of room on the beach to spend with family without being overcrowded as one side of the available beach front enters a nature preserve, beautiful!! Was a stay where we truly just relaxed and enjoyed the time and environment! Everyone was extra nice from renting to on site security! I could go on and on! We will be back at every opportunity. Exactly what we needed

Great location, when you first drive in the area it is just adorable. Then getting into the condo it is exactly as pictured. The decor is beautiful and you can see it’s well cared for. I absolutely loved the little extra details. My favorite was all the lamps inside. I’m a big soft lighting person. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony gazing at the beach and seeing all the little crabs. If you look straight down from the balcony you can see the crabs. We went for a 4 day weekend to decompress and reconnect. The whole area was perfect for us. In the mornings we went down to the little cafe and in the evening went for a few drinks at the pizza place. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Our recent stay in this condo was truly perfect! The condo was clean and well equipped. The owner thought of everything. The decor was charming. I enjoyed sipping my coffee on the balcony while watching the beautiful sunrise over the water. The convenience to have the beach just steps away was unbeatable, making it easy for walks on the shore. Our stay at this condo was a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury- we can’t wait to return.

Wow! What a warm, welcoming, well-equipped, wonderful place. Our recent stay was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this lovely condo just steps from the beach. We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Lovely view of the ocean and steps from the beach. Water was crystal clear and we found many sea shells. Just the relaxation we needed.

Wonderful Waters & Restful Nights

The home looks exactly like the pictures! The view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking! The bedding was amazing! You can’t even feel the other person leaving the bed 🥰The location was peaceful and yet family friendly! Publix and Winn Dixie are within walking distance of the entrance! We would stay here again and again! The toilet handle needed fixing the owner had someone one there right away! Owner was always just a text away with great response time! Best trip I’ve been on in a very long time! Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need including a ice making freezer 🙌 This was our 1 year anniversary and we had a blast!!❤️🥰❤️

Beautifully done condo in B1 of Pinnacle Port

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for several years now, and we love the location. This was truly the nicest unit we have every stayed in. The details in the decor were impeccable. The owner has thought of everything. The beds were so comfortable. I would go again in a minute. I would love a drip coffeemaker, but that would certainly not stop me from going back!

Best Stay Ever!

I can’t say enough about this property, the owners and our stay! It was absolutely amazing! From the inside to out, this is a very special place to stay.
