When you enter our home the main level has the living room, dinning room that seats 8 and a fully stocked kitchen. across from it you have the pantry and in the pantry you have 2 fire extinguishers one for grease and one all purpose, next a 1/2 bath then a large master bedroom with walk in closet, large shower separate lavatory and vanity. King size bed 2 night stands and a dresser with a TV. next you have the laundry center with washer and dryer and exit to the covered patio leading to a propane grill in the back yard.
Now on to the second level at the top of the stairs is a second living area/game room/TV room with a sleeper sofa. Bedroom 2 has a King bed walk in closet with 2 night stands and a dresser with large flat screen TV. Separate bathroom has a Tub shower combo. Bedroom number 3 has a bunk bed system with a full size bottom bunk and standard single on top. This room has a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom with walk in shower bedroom number 4 has a single bed and a work station for the guest that has to keep working.
We have a new BBQ grill just off the the patio next to master bedroom.

Amazing experience

We came here with 10 people and had the absolute best stay! We did have an issue with our door code and we called and they fixed it within 5 minutes the house was spectacular and accomidated our family perfectly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this to everyone we know going to pcb!

Winter 2024

House is beautiful and comfortable. There are 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes and lots of parking places if you choose to drive. Showers are amazing with lots of water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. A small coffee table in living room would be a welcome addition. Staff at Four Star Condo are pleasant and easy to reach. On funny side note. We did have to share the house with a family of birds who had made a nest in the upstairs bathroom fan. We alerted the people at the office and hopefully will be able to get the vent sealed off once the birds are born. Overall very satisfied with our stay. A few negatives. The pool is unheated and unusable because the water is extremely cold. Seriously worse than the ocean. We were quite disappointed about that because we specifically searched for a house with a pool. In the ad it says personal pool but that is incorrect. It is a communal pool. Also, the king bed mattress upstairs needs to be changed. Extremely uncomfortable. Terrible dip in it.

Large house with garage

As advertised, accurate pictures, great location, quiet for sleeping, we were 2 couples and enjoyed having two king masters. We were here to bike the numerous trails and chose this house because it had a garage for our bikes.

Awesome!

This home was perfect for our lengthy stay! Do not hesitate to book this property! It had everything we needed (even in the kitchen and we cooked a lot). The beds were comfy, the towels were lush and soft, great water pressure and clean home. A brand new couch was delivered while we were there. We would book here in the future. Only thing we wished they had was an outdoor patio table. There was a card table in the garage. Everyone at Four Star Condo Service was a pleasure to work with!

Just as described!

Well situated and accommodating home. Only negative (which isn't really a negative) is that there was no direct access to local and/or cable television. All TV's were Smart TV's but no network provider. Regarding the home and overall experience...... OUTSTANDING! Would definitely book again!

Excellent Location, Awesome Property

This was a perfect property for a family and friends getaway. Clean, all amenities needed were available. Two families, a total of seven, enough space and privacy for all to enjoy. Great, quiet friendly neighborhood, close to the beach. We had and awesome vacation week. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Perfect spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the location-very short walk to the beach; grocery store literally one minute drive away. We rented the golf cart which was a very nice way to get around short distances from the house. Pool close as well and very clean. No complaints at all!

Very nice home, big, cozy, private neighborhood

The house was very clean, the only issue I had was the grill knobs do not work correctly. The house was very spacious we had 11 people total and still had plenty of room and space. The house had a lot of necessities we needed. I would of loved to use the go cart but the price daily was a little much with already renting the home. My boys loved the bike and the girls loved the pool. The house is beautiful and we would definitely book to stay here again! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home!

Met our expectations

This adorable, spacious cottage was exactly what we needed. Easy access in and out of the street with close proximity to the highway and to great restaurants, grocery store, and local attractions; steps from the secluded neighborhood pool; extremely responsive and attentive property management (stuff is bound to happen, and this team smooth out the wrinkles expediently); and perfectly comfortable and updated accommodations for our family of seven. On the busiest weekend of the spring (bike week at the end of spring break) one would never have known it on this quiet circle. Loved our stay.

Lovely house & location is great!

The house was super clean and very new. I would 100% stay again. Unfortunately we cane when hurricane Sally was in the gulf so we didn't enjoy much outside the house. The only con is being that the community is so new the address took us 25 minutes passed where the actual house was to a different location with a similar address and no one told us initially how to get to the house so I had to call to get specific directions! So we wasted an hour looking for the house!

good place to stay - accurate listing

The house is new. It is convenient to shopping and the beach. You are in a community of other similiar homes. You can walk to beach - about 10 minutes. You can drive to the public access - 3 minutes. There was no issue parking.
