In our desire to give our renters the best experience possible, we finished a round of updates in 2024. The master bath now has a walk in shower, both baths have new vanities and lights, the kitchen has new stainless appliances and the entire condo has new wood grain flooring!
We are striving to be one of the best on the beach! Quality beds, sheets, towels, linen, cooking utensils, etc! We will continue to improve, until we reach our goal, so that you will have a wonderful vacation experience!

Very well equipped kitchen! Lots of cooking untensils, coffee pot, Kuerig, Blender, Crock Pot, etc. If you like to cook and not go out every night this is your place!

Take your family and friends on an unforgettable Florida vacation and leave your worries behind. Wonderful views from an oversized balcony, easy beach access, resort swimming pool, and great location!

With a relaxing atmosphere, this condo has everything you need for kicking back!. To start you have a parking garage so there is no walking across the street, unloading in the rain, etc. Once inside you can lounge on a new sofa and loveseat and stay entertained with wireless internet and cable on the large curved flat screen TV! Of course, the best entertainment of all might just be the panoramic ocean views from the oversized balcony with new furniture including a pub table and tall glider chairs!

There are many nearby restaurants, but why dine out when you can save money in a well equipped kitchen with many stainless pots and pans and special touches such as a touchless faucet.

FIREPLACE
In our condo you will find a fireplace TV console that provides wonderful ambiance for romantic times or just fun for the family.

SLEEP NUMBER BEDS & EGYPTION COTTON SHEETS
A Sleep Number Bed is provided in both bedrooms. Not everyone likes the same mattress firmness so we decided to use an adjustable bed so anyone can choose the firmness they desire.

Our beds are also fitted with 700 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets and a couple of King pillows, of different firmness, to help you get a great night’s sleep while on vacation!

TOUCHLESS WATER FAUCET
The kitchen is equipped with a touchless water faucet for simple operation of the water without ever touching the faucet.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
We supply a large assortment of high grade stainless pots and pans for cooking (not Walmart cheapies). We also supply multiple cooking sheets, strainers, bowls and most everything you will need to make wonderful meals.
You are not going to find an under equipped kitchen with cheap cookware!

WASHER AND DRYER
No one likes spending valuable vacation time doing laundry! To help with that problem we have installed a top of the line LG front loading stacked unit that is fast an efficient!

SOFA SIDE TABLE
The sofa side table has 110 plugs and USB plugs, for charging, located behind the top-drawer door. Simply pull it down to expose outlets for your use.

TOWEL RACKS
Besides the towel bars in each bathroom, you have addition places to hang wet towels if needed. The Guest Bath has a double rail shower bar. The inside bar holds the shower curtain whereas the outside bar is available to hang towels.

BEACH TOWELS
Beach towels are provided for your use and are in the footboard drawers on the Master Bed. There are also extra blankets in a side drawer.

BEACH CHAIRS
Beach service, with 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided free of charge, but we also have additional chairs, in the condo, if needed.

TOWEL HOOKS
Hanging wet towels, after a day on the beach, is often a problem. Since hanging on the balcony rails is a offense that can receive a ticket from the local authorities if something comes off the balcony we have provided towel hooks on the balcony south wall to hang you wet items.

ALEXA
The condo is ALEXA equip. While near the thermostat simply say “Alexa” then ask whatever you like. You can ask “what is the weather today?” or “how do you make stuffed peppers?” or anything you like to get easy answers!

We want to give you a wonderful experience to make sure, after your stay with us, you come back to visit again and become part of our rental family!

Owner allergies dictate that:
NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY!!! Resort rules say there is no smoking in ANY public areas on the property.

All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

*Snowbirds welcome! If you're looking for a long-term stay during fall and winter, please call about special rates.

$300 refundable damage deposit required.

No pets or emotional support animals are allowed at this vacation rental. Service animals are usually exempt but because there are no outdoor accommodations, on the property, and due to owner allergies, we respectfully ask that you instead book a pet friendly property. The entire $300 deposit will be forfeited if evidence of smoking or pets.

Parking notes: Parking in the parking garage is opened except in marked spots. Garage height is 6'7".
