Nestled along Scenic 30A, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Monterey B302 places you in the middle of Florida’s finest beach communities, restaurants and recreational activities. The smell of salt air, sugar white sand and the mesmerizing emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, offer the well-deserved haven you are searching for.

This lovely 3rd floor unit offers 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, plus an enclosed bunk room. The master bedroom suite boasts a spacious king bed and the on-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and separate shower with double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with shower/tub combo bathroom attached. The other guest room includes a queen bed and has its own private bathroom, as well. The bunk beds are in a small room just off the hallway. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf through the wall of windows. Feel the warm tropical breezes, as you enjoy a quiet moment on the water front balcony.

Monterey Condominiums, located in Seacrest Beach, near famous Rosemary Beach, allows for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the Gulf coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the Scenic 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Your stay at Monterey Condos B302 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please note: Elevator maintenance in Buildings A and C is scheduled to begin on December 1 and is expected to take about 4 weeks to complete. During this time, elevator access may be limited. We appreciate your understanding as improvements are made to enhance future stays.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

First and foremost, we faced ongoing electrical problems throughout the unit. The dryer, in particular, was malfunctioning, and it took two days to dry a load of towels. This meant that my family had to purchase additional towels just to be able to shower, which was an unexpected and frustrating expense.In addition, the master bedroom bathroom had no working lights, making it inconvenient and unsafe. Another issue was the lack of privacy—our neighbors from the floor above could directly see into our room, which was concerning and uncomfortable.The most alarming issue was the cockroach infestation. It started with just one or two, but the problem escalated quickly. Despite informing property management, we were told that pest control wouldn’t be available for another week, which was unacceptable. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to cut our vacation short due to these conditions.I have tried to resolve this issue and get compensation for my trouble but have to resort to file a complaint with Amex

Filthy

When we arrived the carpets were dark from dirt and stained. They were frayed around every door. The carpets looked as if they haven’t been replaced in 20 years which is very unacceptable for the price and location of the unit. The couch had stains on it which was disgusting and we never felt comfortable to want to sit on it. The table in the dining room was all banged up and the paint has been chipped off. Nothing about this place has been kept up and we will never be back. When bringing this to the companies attention they said it could be cleaned. If I could show photos I would. This carpet could not be cleaned. They offered nothing for this disgusting unit for compensation. This company does not care about the consumers and only about the money. Hope they go out of business

Beautiful view with minimal frills

The view of the ocean is amazing but unit is dated and worn. There are absolutely no extras included. There were no beach towels, no salt and pepper, no hangers in closets. You must bring everything. 😞

You can probably do better

Stayed on 30A for many years in a row and for the price this was the worst value we've had in a rental. Location on the beach in Seacrest and bunk room for two kids is the positive. On arrival I reported a broken refrigerator shelf, broken blinds (cheapest ones on the market btw), nonfunctional jacuzzi tub in the master suite, broken toilet paper holder. Amongst those items the property manager fixed only the toilet paper holder despite multiple calls. Kitchen is poorly configured and appointed - even bad on rental property terms. While you can connect to the wifi, it is essentially nonfunctional as nothing will load on it. We used our phone as hotspot which you have to move toward the entrance to get enough signal to do. There were a total of 3 coffee cups. Elevator gets stuck on floors when door button gets stuck - was an issue for one of our guests who is dependent on the elevator functioning properly.

So great!

We loved our stay at this condo. The place is exactly as pictured. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The walk to the beach is so quick and the heated pool was such a great addition. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $50 using the chair service available on the private beach. Communication with the host was easy and we had everything we needed. We will definitely want to come back on our next 30A trip! Note: if you have small kiddos, be prepared for really bright rooms at 6:30am — if your kids are used to sleeping in a dark room, bring something to put over the windows (foil works well :)

Best location! Beautiful stay.

Simply the best vacation spot! Not crowded area and the beach is beautiful!! Loved it all. Only issue entire time was that every night there was loud movement of footsteps and furniture in place above us but I know that can vary and could happen anywhere! Would go back in a heartbeat!!
