- Upon your online reservation, a separate email from our GreatCondoRental will be sent to you with the link to Rental Agreement and POC (Point Of Contact) forms. These documents need to be SIGNED for your booking to be completed. Also, a clear image of your government issued ID (Driver License or Passport) will need to be uploaded. The Door Code will NOT be released unless Rental Agreement/POC are signed and ID uploaded.
- Primary Renter Must be At Least 25 Years Old.
- Detailed arrival information (condo door code, etc) will be provided via email three days prior to arrival.
- Max occupancy - 8 guests (regardless of the age, sorry, no exceptions)!
- With your rental we provide the initial supply of soap, dish wash detergent, trash bags, and the toilet paper.

Also, Tidewater HOA requires all guests to complete Online Resort Registration ($54 early registration, or $64.74 within 24 hour of arrival, including tax; once per group, per stay!) prior to arrival, link will sent to you three days before arrival. Upon arrival, HOA front desk will provide registered guests with wristbands and up to 2 (two) garage parking passes
