Summit Resort will be undergoing balcony repairwork from September 2025 to February 2026. During this time, there will be construction noise, balcony closure (dates are currently blocked for any scheduled balcony closures), scaffolding equipment and workers present. The final dates could be changed due to weather or any additional needs found during construction.

Step into the bright and airy living space, featuring all-new furnishings and paint for spring 2024. Relax on the sleek sofa or love seat to unwind in front of the 55" Smart TV. Need extra sleeping space? The Queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodation.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a new dishwasher and all the essentials. Enjoy dining with a view at the table for 4, or step out onto the balcony for alfresco dining with seating for two, with ottomans, and a coffee table overlooking the Gulf.

Retreat to the inviting master bedroom boasting a plush queen-sized bed. Drift off to sleep in style and wake up refreshed, ready to embrace another day of sun, sand, and sea. Breakaway to a 43" TV, and a convenient desk area for catching up on emails. The jack and jill bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and two toilets for added convenience, enter from the hallway or the Master bedroom.

For additional guests, there are twin bunks in the hallway. Plus, no need to pack any dirty clothes to take home with the new washer and dryer handy in the kitchen!

Guest has to pay the resort upon check in for their parking passes and pool bands, cost is $27

The shower was a little difficult to get it to the right temperature and the kitchen could have had more items in it but it still had everything we needed. We had no issues during our stay. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out bed. This is a pretty good property to stay in and i would recommend it.

I don’t feel as if this was a “modern” condo. It is dated. The light at front door and balcony doesn’t work, several light switches nothing comes on. Sewer smell either from garbage disposal or washer, which is moldy. 2 clocks have non working batteries.

Atleast the staff is friendly

Out dated pots and pans where the non stick coating was literally in our food. Broken bed frame and had to wait a day for it to be fixed told to “put it on the floor”. Weird smell made worse when doing laundry. Don’t plan on getting an elevator, literally always broken on lines looking like Disney.

Decent stay but had several issues

As soon as we walked in the door we were hit by cigarette smoke and mold smell we had to actually go buy febreze and now that we are home our clothes smell like mold . The listing states to have a king bed but it’s actually a queen. The bathtub was holding water bad while trying to take a shower. The towel hanger was literally ripping out of the wall the hot water had a mind of its own. The dryer makes a noticeable squeak. Anytime you messaged the host they would just tell you they’d let maintenance know. However if you can get past that we had an amazing trip the summit itself is awesome but the condo definitely had some issues.

Review of condo

The condo pics were much nicer than the condo actually was. The condo was still nice, but not as the pictures show. The oven, dryer, and washer do not work the best. The washer leaked, I called the number and they said no one will fix it on the weekend and they would call on Monday and come fix it. It was not fixed, but never leaked again. This isn't about the condo, but the complex closed the pool each night at 8pm. 😐 The pools were nice, but closed way too early. The complex needs a lot of cleaning and work. The complex isn't in a great area.

Thus is a very large old building. The 5th floor condo had an odd smell. Good view of the ocean. We used Micro-ban and Febreze which helped. Furnishing were relatively new. The kitchen had enough dishes and glassware, needs few more kitchen items like a colander.

Great trip and place to stay

The property was clean and well taken care of. The building that housed the condo didn’t have all of the elevators working so that was frustrating at times. We had an issue with the washer not working but the owner contacted us right away and got a new one installed while we were out the next day! Very professional and overall we loved the building and location!

Would recommend with caution

The room was nice, but needs a deep cleaning. The washer had black mildew buildup and didn’t drain properly. Pool hours were reduced to 10a-7p daily due to “maintenance”.
