It was one thing after the next with this home. Between the AC not working upon arrival (85 degrees in the home), showers not draining properly/plumbing issues, and broken garbage disposal, this trip was truly a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and just book elsewhere! I feel as though I need a vacation from this vacation.

Family Vacation

The neighbors tree kept shedding trash in the pool. However, we had a great time in the pool. We had 12 in our group. We drove 4 cars. There was some concern at the last minute when we were told the parking was for 3 cars. We all were thankfully able to get in the driveway.

Great place and location

This review is long overdue. We stayed here in July 2024 and let me tell you this place is nice. It has everything you need and more. The host was very easy to communicate with. If any issues she handled right away. Close walk to beach. The pool was nice and she had plenty of floats or whatever you needed. If you have a large family she has plenty of places for them to sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay here for fall break. The home is beautiful, clean, and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The pool area was great after a day at the beach. There is a beach wagon provided.

The property is amazing. It is very clean, fresh. The location is perfect; very close to shopping mall and dining but in a peaceful location. The beach is only a short walk away and the pool in the back is huge benefit. Could not be anymore pleased with the stay. Thank you Brianna.

Home Away From Home

Brianna’s house provided everything that my family of 12 could need for our vacation! She was very responsive if I had questions. We rented a golf cart which was super helpful to get around ! I loved the great Carousel grocery store located super close to the house. This was so convenient and allowed us to stay away from the awful traffic on 98!!! Everyone on our family was pleased with the house! It felt like a home !

Enjoyable Stay!

The house was super clean and this is coming from someone who is very picky! Plenty of room for our family 10. The pool was a great bonus. The beach -turquoise water- was very close clean and not crowded at all. There were 4 actual bedrooms and queen air mattresses were provided that could be set up comfortably in the living room. The host was easy to work with. This was our first time visiting and I definitely would stay at this house again!

Excellent Vacation Home

We have rented several houses on PCB over the years. This is probably one of my favorites. Great communication from owner. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds/bedding and furniture. There are chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys in the garage, so that was great to not have to purchase all those beach items like we usually do. A very short walk to the beach, and the pool is the perfect size for younger kids to feel safe. We will stay here again.

Very nice house with great location

The house is very nice and clean. It is only a 7min walk to the public beach. The pool was fun a gave us a break from the beach when it got too hot outside. Brianna was very helpful and responsive!

Modern space with private pool

Second time in this property and it definitely delivered. The space is modern and still feels almost brand new. TVs in every room and on the back porch. Private pool was great, we could just wait out the thunderstorms. Couple minutes walk to the beach. No complaints. We plan to come back yet again.

Garage Was Convenient

This property was an easy walk to the beach with kids and having the garage to leave all the beach equipment in was so convenient, especially compared to the high rise properties. Having our own pool was refreshing.

Great place to stay

The house is adorable and very well laid out. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 8 to 19 (11 total guests) and it served our needs very well, with some of the kids sleeping on air mattresses. It is a few short blocks from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach, but could also drive up and drop people and supplies off. Private pool was very nice and well maintained. The beaches were fantastic and not overly crowded any of the days we were there. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Brianna responded to any questions we had very quickly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great house for a family beach trip

We had a great time at this property. This is nice, new home located a short walk from public beach access 80. The public beach in this area was nice and clean and not over crowded. The house itself was very spacious and had nice heated pool and grill. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the host gave us detailed information about the property and was very responsive about any questions we had. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

Perfect Family Location

Great New House in PCB

We had a great time while renting this house in Laguna Beach. 4 bedrooms fit our family comfortably, and the spacious living area made it easy for everyone to hang out. Nice having our own pool to cool off in, and it's just a short walk to the beach. It's on the quiet, west side of Panama City Beach, but just a short drive to everything else, like Pier Park for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay!

The open floor plan of this house def grabbed our attention as we first walked in. The house was spacious and welcoming. It was a great home away from home. The pool and TV in the backyard provided great entertainment . We looked forward to the short walk to the beach everyday and coming home to such a sweet home after the beach to rest and relax felt even better. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we were well taken care of from the time of booking to the end of our stay. We will be back Brianna! Thanks for your hospitality and a beautiful place to stay!

Awesome family trip!

We had a great time and loved the house. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The beach was very clean and not crowded at all. The house was as advertised and the kids loved the pool especially at night with the color changing lights. Plenty of room and the house looks basically brand new. Would definitely recommend for a quiet family trip away from the hotels and crowded areas of the beach, but still within a very short drive to those areas if you want. Plenty of food spots and grocery options nearby. No regrets about booking this house and would absolutely stay there again!
