Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
The pool is a fair distance from the house. The bikes were a necessary mode of transportation for getting around or you could drive. A golf cart would have been useful. Overall it is a great place and we felt safe in the neighborhood. However I did make the mistake of thinking that there would be fishing poles available for the kids to fish off the dock. There were beach chairs/ umbrellas and beach toys . Also there was plenty of dinnerware, cooking utensils and pots/pans. I appreciated the larger pots and pans since we were cooking for a large group. Earlier there was a comment about a dirty sofa but it was clean when we arrived. Thank you for ensuring everything was clean before our arrival. I would stay here again should we return to Florida for another vacay!

Aspectos positivos: Llegada y ubicación
Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, comunicación y precisión del anuncio
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The property was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the living room furniture was visibly dirty and uncomfortable to use. We reported the issues immediately, but it took days to receive any meaningful response. While some concerns were eventually addressed, the overall condition of the property and the handling of the situation did not meet our expectations.

Vacay 2024

Beautiful home - very clean in an excellent neighborhood. We had ten people. Could have used more bath towels and facecloths. Also extra towel rods or hooks in master bath for towels. Access to hose to rinse off beach toys! Otherwise, wonderful!

We Loved It!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located near the public access to the beach (5 min drive) and to the grocery store (8 min drive). We only wish the property had a grill. If you rent this property and go to the beach use the far right side of the public access. It is a reasonable walk from the parking lot to the beach and was the least crowded.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood

This house is a bit off the main strip of Rosemary Beach. But we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was about a mile bike ride to Rosemary Beach shopping and dining. The pool and dock were wonderful and our kids enjoyed swimming and jumping in the lake. The house is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a great section of beach which is more quiet than some of the places on 30A. The house was clean, well-stocked with beach items and kitchen items. We would go back in a heartbeat. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the location to beach, rosemary, shopping and Panama City.

Great home and neighborhood

Great house, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the dock and closeness to beach. Management was quick to respond with any concerns. Loved the closet of beach umbrellas, sand toys, fishing poles, beach chairs etc! It was so nice to have all these for our beach days! Bikes are older (were dirty-I spent time cleaning them ) and some rusty, so we didn’t use them in the end. Some kitchen utensils some are broken and some rusty knives. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great neighborhood 🏖

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: *Did you have a good overall stay? Our stay was great! The house had plenty of room and had a good starter set of items! The kids loved riding bikes to the pool. I wouldn’t suggest riding them to the beach because of a busy roadway. There is a nice back porch with a grill and patio table. I do think you need two trash bins. They fill up fast with a big family.*Was the vacation rental in a great location? The neighborhood was great. The pool was so nice. It is definitely off the busy path. I would like to be a bit closer but all in all it was great!*Was the home clean and in good shape? Clean home. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. I do think the couch needs upgraded to something larger but the current one was in fine shape.*Was the vacation rental management staff helpful?I didn’t need any assistance but I’m sure they would have been helpful if needed.

PCB

A little disappointing, I feel like I paid top dollar to be in a nice area. The neighborhood and house were nice. But, the house just was not setup for 10 people. Not much furniture in the rooms except for beds so we had to just live out of the suitcases. There were not even enough chairs for ten people. We had to use the beach chairs in the closet. I had to go buy trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, bug spray, bath soap, hand soap for the bath rooms, spray cleaner, and beach towels. The microwave and range were not clean so I had to clean the kitchen before I went grocery shopping. I did not clean them before we checked out. We were provided a small sample soaps for the bathroom- for ten people is was used within a day and half. To top it all off, the beds had bugs and there was no cable. This house is just not equipped to to rent at high end. My family members made the most of it and we had a good time.
