Welcome to Lagoon Lounge, a stylish and serene ground-level getaway perfectly positioned in Seacrest Beach on the North side of Scenic 30A, just steps from the iconic 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool. With designer comfort, private beach access, and a layout designed for both relaxation and togetherness, this three-bedroom condo offers an ideal coastal escape for families or couples traveling together.

Inside, you're welcomed into a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space filled with natural light and thoughtful finishes. The cozy living area features a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and access to cable and Wi-Fi—perfect for movie nights or quiet mornings. Adjacent is a dining table with seating for six, while the chef-ready kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and bar seating. A dedicated coffee bar with both a Keurig and traditional drip machine, plus a beverage fridge, adds a luxurious touch to your daily routine.

All three bedrooms are furnished with plush king-size beds, offering stylish comfort and privacy. A Amazing!

Condo was very nice - updated and clean. Great location. Easy access to private beach and the pool was just outside our door! Pool staff was great. Property Mgmt was great - called to be sure our stay was going well and see if we needed anything. Beds were comfy. Bunk beds are built in wall in hallway so we were glad we didn’t need these. No blender in kitchen. Very nice - loved the location and would definitely go back to this exact condo!

Favorite Condo in Seacrest Villas

We've stayed at a few different condos in the Seacrest Villas. This Lagoon Lounge is by far our favorite. Very clean and very tasteful and useful upgrades. Overall the whole condo has a great "beach" theme and feel. All appliances and electronics worked flawlessly which helped enjoy our overall stay. Excellent location to the pool and to the access paths to the beach. LOVE that they have 3 parking spots as we had three drivers/cars this year. We will be booking this next year on our return to Seacreast! Also, Paradise Properties was excellent as a management company, very quick to respond to some minor issues we had. Overall, A+++

Could use improvement

Overall the property was convenient to the pool and the beach entrance. Seacrest itself has become very overcrowded since we first began to stay on this property. The condo could use a deep cleaning, new linens, bedding, and furniture. Mattresses need to be replaced. I would not stay in this unit again. We chose it because of the proximity to the pool.

Wonderful Vacation!

The condo was excellent! We loved that there were three king sized beds- not many places offer that. The TV is huge! The swivel rockers were so comfortable. My MIL purchased them for her house after we stayed here, haha. Being able to just walk to the pool from the back porch was wonderful with the kids. Tram service to the beach was also handy! The only issue we encountered was the beach was super crowded (we went on Memorial weekend), and you were not allowed the walk along the beach because there were private beaches on both sides. We tried to reserve the umbrella and chairs for space, however once we noticed how crowded it was, the umbrellas and chairs services were already booked for the whole week. So I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for the convenience and space ahead of time. We rode our bikes to Inlet beach the rest of our stay, and there was plenty of room on the beach. In addition, no wagons or tents are permitted on the beach.

We loved the condo itself and the location! The floors were super dirty and needed to be mopped. The baby’s hands and knees were black from crawling around. Also had major problems with the bike rental agency. But, overall we loved our stay and would like to book again.

Perfect location

Had a great stay. Loved the ease of accessing the pool as if it was our own. We rented bikes and could get anywhere within 5 mins. Rosemary on one side, Alys Beach on the other. The beds were super comfortable. For the price and location, hard to beat.

We are 5 lifelong girlfriends who go to the beach every year. This was by far one of our favorite places! Being a walk out first floor on the pool made it extra special! The renovations and updates made to the unit were exceptional. Great memories!! Paradise properties was so accommodating and great to work with!

Amazing!

We had such a great stay! We had never been to this area before this trip and everything was as advertised! The condo was very clean, a perfect location, and cannot beat having the pool in the backyard! Paradise Properties were also amazing to work with! Once we checked in they checked in with us a couple times the first couple days just to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were settling in okay. Was the perfect spot for our family with two small kids and four adults! Will def be back and using Paradise Properties again too! Thanks for an awesome week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lagoon Lounge. My husband and I brought our three young kids (all below age 8) to FL during their school spring break. Our condo was spacious and clean and very well laid out. It was within walking distance to so many wonderful shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect SeaCrest Location

Everything was as advertised. The condo was very nice and contained almost everything we needed with the only exception being a cutting board (lol). The condo is on the first floor right next to the massive pool and also perfectly located for a 4-minute beach walk. The tram service to the beach is nice but not required if walking from this condo. We had grandparents and 4 and 7 year old kids in our group and made the beach walk without issue several times. The property is within walking distance to some restaurants so if you don’t want to cook and also don’t want to get everyone in the car(s), walking to dinner is certainly an option. The beach area itself is gorgeous. We were lucky to have mostly calm water throughout our stay. There is a chair/umbrella service that you’ll see and it is quite pricey. But there is only a small strip of beach where people can set up their own chairs/umbrellas at the waterfront and many people carry their stuff down at 6am and place it to reserve the spot. So unless you are that type of person, don’t expect to set up very close to the water. The condo fit 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. We prepared several meals and there are plenty of smart TVs for the times when the group is indoors. We would absolutely stay here again.

We love this condo!! We have stayed here 2yrs in a row and have no plans to ever stay anywhere else! So convenient to pool and everything 30A has to offer. The property management is awesome! Condo was perfectly clean and ready for us at check-in. Cant wait to stay here again next year!

We had the best time! Location was great! Could not have asked for a better location!! The property management team was so hands on, so communicative with every silly question I had prior our stay. Renting bikes was ideal! Will definitely be back! The only thing I wish was that there was a designated adults pool here.

Wonderful

The condo was clean and spacious. Check in and out was a breeze and any questions we had were answered very promptly. We has just 4 of us there and easily could have had six adults across the 3 king beds and 3 full bathrooms. Having the pool 25 steps from the back door was perfect for us, and saved lots of time. We ended up spending much more time at the pool than the beach and I think a lot of that was simple convenience. The beach was about a 5-7 minute walk and crossing 30a was never an issue for us. We could have taken the tram too and probably been there in 2 minutes but never did that.

Best Location

We have stayed in these buildings 3 years in a row bc you can’t beat the location. Especially with little ones, being so close to the pool is awesome! Not to mention the tram is right outside or you can walk to the beach in about 5 min or less. It’s perfect! This condo was comfortable & had everything we needed (sans a pizza cutter)! Our only concern was being on the first floor with a 4 yr old who knows how to open the door. They have an alarm on the door that you must push a button to turn off when you open it (a great feauture as our 4 yr old DID in fact let herself out the door when Grandma wasn’t watching!), but an extra deadbolt or lock of some kind higher up on the door that only adults can reach would add an extra layer of comfort. This wouldn’t apply to most, but thought I’d mention just the same. It’s a great, clean condo & communication was perfect. Check in & out was easy. We accidentally forgot some clothes in the dryer & they let us know so we could have them shipped back - we really appreciated it!
