Sunbird 208W es un condominio frente al mar en el segundo piso y es muy conveniente para la playa. ¡Este es un plano de planta 'B' de Sunbird Deluxe muy solicitado! ¡Vea la playa desde todas las habitaciones! Duerma con los relajantes sonidos del oleaje desde el dormitorio principal de Coastal Escape que se abre al balcón con vista al Golfo de México. Paso al balcón para una vista impresionante de la arena y el mar. Espectaculares puestas de sol! Rodéate de la experiencia de playa total de cerca y personal.     Nuestra moderna y actualizada cocina gourmet cuenta con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de roble, una gama superior lisa, una combinación de microondas / campana de cocina y todo lo necesario para preparar un refrigerio rápido o una comida gourmet. También disfrutarás de nuestra vajilla náutica.

    El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha con un masaje de ducha de mano y un solo tocador. Un secador de pelo está amueblado para su comodidad.

    Llegar a la playa RÁPIDO! Este condominio se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa. Solo un tramo fácil de subir escaleras desde el nivel del suelo, ¡sin esperar el ascensor!

    Sunbird es una comunidad cerrada con tres piscinas, terrazas para tomar el sol, cancha de tenis, shuffleboard, gimnasio en el lugar y parrillas de carbón para cocinar junto a la piscina. Restaurantes y atracciones se encuentran cerca. Simplemente camine al lado de la famosa pi��a Willy's para disfrutar de costillas a la barbacoa o mariscos, y disfrute de una deliciosa cena al atardecer desde su muelle o conviértala en una delicia para el almuerzo.

This was a perfect stay for my wife and I. We needed a quick getaway and beach time. The room was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it did rain over our stay but sitting on the balcony was perfect to watch the rain and look out at the beach and the Gulf of America! I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place for two. I know listing says 4 but I think that would be a stretch but perfect for two!

Great little one bedroom place very very conveniently located! Easy to get to from the parking lot, just 1 floor up the stairs or by elevator. Elevators are quick! Room has a sleeper sofa and was comfortable. Recliner was comfortable and king bed was too. Bathroom is very small but that didn’t seem to bother us. Loved all the windows so we could see the ocean everywhere. Great experience with management company.

We have stayed at Sunbird multiple times. This unit is by far the best we have stayed in. It fit us perfectly. There was a little hiccup with the door code at check in but quickly resolved, the host stayed on the phone with me while it was being resolved. We were able to park our trailer this time for bike week which was a huge plus. So thank you to Sunbird Resort for that. We love Sunbird!

Great view of the beach. Perfect location for resturants and attractions. Close to Walmart for picking up supplies. The bed was comfortable but the sofa and chair could use an upgrade. Overall condo was great.

Room was out dated. Kitchen knives were rusted and couldn’t cut a watermelon. Bedroom door had to be forced shut and sometimes wouldn’t stay shut. Patch work on the walls hadn’t been painted and electrical outlet in bathroom wasn’t secure in the wall. Communication and overall cleanliness was good just more so of the cosmetic needs that pictures don’t show.

We were very pleased with our condo and all the amenities at the property. We would have given all 5 stars, except the check-in process was a bit confusing. It would be extremely confusing for most. The condo itself was nice, maybe a bit dated. The only issue, but it is a beach front, was the floors upon arrival still had quite a bit of sand all over them. Also after walking barefooted through the house the bottoms of our feet were black. Our daughter struggles with asthma so I do pay attention to things a bit more than most. The air vents were quite dusty and some mold in the bathroom vent. However, we would absolutely stay here again and understand these things happen.

25th Anniversary

Our stay at the property was wonderful! However, check in was at 5 PM but did not receive the check-in approval until 5:21PM. The condo and location was beautiful! The only issue we had was the bed seemed to be leaning so we did not have great sleep. We did enjoy everything within the condo and the property.

Wonderful stay

Our host quickly responded to questions. The condo is in a great location. It & the grounds are secure & clean. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance. The beach wasn't crowded like other areas. They have 3 pools for the days we weren't able to get in the ocean due to weather conditions.

First off, the communication with the host was excellent, from the time I made the reservation, through check-in, during my stay, and check-out!Security on the gate was first rate. I had prepaid for my parking and guest bracelet and they were able to pull up my information quickly.The view of the beach from this second floor unit is excellent. Since it's on a lower floor the sound of the surf and constant breeze were very refreshing.Even though it is next door to Pineapple Willie's, I had no issues with external noises. Just close both patio doors and it is silent and peaceful inside.Access to the room is great being close to the stairs and only one flight up.As for the unit itself, I prefer the West Tower. It is as pictured and had everything I needed for my trip. It was clean and had a good "starter kit" for my stay which lasted for my entire short trip of 4 days. But I "needed" this trip and it was more than sufficient for my needs. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.Honestly - while I was a solo traveler, I could see a couple very comfortable here, and maybe a couple with a couple of small children. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

I really liked that the beach was right outside the condo, and that we were on the 2nd floor. The view was amazing, loved sitting on the balcony. It was in very close proximity to a lot of things. The condo could definitely use some updating. For the price I paid for the stay, it would be nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach, because paying 55/day for that was not feasible. Also, some beach towels would have been nice. When flying, you only have so much room to pack things. The bathroom needs some hooks and racks in there, there was no place to hang our towels after using them. It would have been nice to have more outlets, or extension cords in the bedroom to plug our devices in as well. A few extra trash bags would have been nice as well. I would rate the whole stay probably a 7.5/10. It worked for what we needed, but could use some improvements.

Great view

This was a nice small one bedroom condo but that’s all we needed. Clean except bathroom floor was a little dirty but i wiped it up. Wished it had a regular coffee pot but not a big deal. The view was great and pineapple willie’s is next door. There was a mix up at first when going to get parking pass but was quickly corrected. Had a great time , would recommend this place

Property really needs to be updated. The room smelled like urine when we first arrived. Toilet would not flush, we had Maintenace come out. They arrived very quickly and were super nice. Very nice view. Overall room was great size for 2 people.

The bedroom stayed hot! The ac would only go to 68% and bedroom never cooled down! The couch needs to be burned. It really had a bad odor. View was awesome
