Whether you're looking to get away for reading, relaxing, enjoying quality time with your family or celebrating, our 7th floor condo invites you to enjoy the sugar white beach and emerald waters of the gulf. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is the premier luxury condo community located directly on the beach in the less populated part of Panama City Beach. Seas the Day offers unobstructed views of the gulf and beach for as far as the eye can see. The oversized balcony becomes a flex space, which can be used as an office (there's an outlet), for stretching and yoga, as well as gathering for dining, playing games, (we provide some for you to enjoy) and watching the stunning sunsets! Regarded as the most luxurious condo in the area, this community provides a beautifully appointed lobby, a gorgeous beach-entry pool, a fun splash pad for the kids, 2 hot tubs, a charming Tiki Hut Beach Bar and Grill, (perfect for a sunset drink and dinner) and a Corner Market with ice cream, all right on the property. Note: Tiki Hut Beach Bar and Corner Market are open seasonally and may not be open during the winter months.

Seas the Day condo has a game drawer with board games, cards, and poker chips to enjoy. There's even a little community library right on site. All of these amenities plus the breathtaking views and wonderful location away from the crowds, yet close to restaurants and entertainment will provide you and your family so much fun and relaxation, that you may never want to leave!

There is 24-hour security with a security guard at the front gate and covered parking right on site. One (1) free parking pass ($50 value) included with each rental. Additional ones are available for $50 from the guard station. No need to park far away or across the street, you can park right on the property! The condo is professionally cleaned and stocked on the morning of your visit, so it will be sparkling clean when you arrive!

Golfers enjoy the historic public Signal Hill Golf Course located across the street. Legacy and other golf courses are nearby as well. family fun at the zoo, indulgent treatments at one of the spas, adrenaline-pumping rides and go-kart racing at several amusement parks, restaurants and shopping at The Pier Park nearby, fishing, sunset cruises, live music and so much more!

If what you are seeking is sitting on the beach, under an umbrella, relaxing, or reading a book, while you enjoy the sounds of the waves and the beauty of the emerald green, turquoise, and blue water, you've found paradise!

We provide a beach bag with 4 beach towels, a beach umbrella, folding chairs, and some beach toys that you can use during your stay. Set up your beach camp to enjoy for an hour or to spend all day!

Floor-to-ceiling windows provide incredible views from the primary bedroom, living room, and kitchen. With 2 bedrooms, two full baths, and a sleeper sofa, the beautiful retreat sleeps up to 6 people. The layout of the condo is both spacious and private.

The balcony is so expansive you can choose to dine in the sun or the shade. At night, a turtle-friendly balcony light extends the enjoyment of the balcony, as the pool lights come on and give a beautiful night view of the pool area.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Beautiful views as well from the adjoining and gorgeous primary bedroom. A generous bump-out bay window gives 180-plus views to the east, south, and west. A door leading to the balcony gives perfect sunset views, even from the bed. The luxurious primary bedroom suite has a large en-suite bathroom that includes double sinks, a large garden soaking tub, and a separate shower. Plus a large linen closet.

The spacious primary suite offers two end tables with lamps and a charming white bench at the foot of the bed. Enjoy TV from the bed, with plenty of storage in the TV cabinet.

LIVING AREA
The living area also has a direct view of the gulf. The sofa bed, matching recliners and even the table and four chairs also view the gulf. A late-model Samsung 43-inch TV is positioned to let you see both the TV and the gulf, at the same time, if you want sensory overload.
The dining table and 4 chairs are steps away from the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The kitchen also has a direct view of the gulf, and the open floor plan lets you talk to the people in the living area, dining area or even see the TV. Upgrade ash cabinets provide lots of storage. Very well equipped, with a blender, lots of flatware, dishes, pots and pans, and both drinking glasses and wine glasses. Toaster oven and coffee pot included. Dishwasher and microwave, of course.

GUEST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM
The guest bedroom is in the front of the condo, and a window opens to a view of the golf course with its own private entrance to the first bathroom. The guest bath also has a door to the hallway.

HALLWAY
As you enter the condo, you will notice it is wide, and in a few steps, you will see the exquisitely beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is a hall closet on the left, and a vertically stacked washer and dryer in their own closet, just before you reach the kitchen. Then the condo opens up an expansive view of the gulf.

Seating is plentiful around the main pool, which is flanked by a kiddie pool and jacuzzi. Take a few steps and you're at the tiki bar, serving fresh food and drinks.
Boardwalk is conveniently located in the middle beach area. Pineapple Willie's and Spinnaker are neighbors, and the Signal Hill golf course is across the street.
Pier Park is about 10 minutes away via Front Beach Rd, Middle Beach, or 98.

Resort wristbands and parking passes are handled through a separate app. The cost is $50 per vehicle and the wristbands are $7 a piece. Boardwalk has recently upgraded the security systems. The new technology uses an app, The ParknSpot, so we don't charge you for those fees here. We'll send a custom link for you to use to arrange that. It's quick and easy:) And it's so much more convenient to have secured parking right on site.
