Majestic Beach Towers I & II condo description
Majestic Towers in Panama City Beach offers you every amenity and comfort for the ideal beach vacation. Our beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, located in Tower 1 on the 21st. floor, opens to a private balcony where views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters wash away your stress. Our full kitchen with modern appliances includes a kitchen island with bar stools. The spacious living room opens to the balcony with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed and an attached bath, serves you to rest and relax. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bunk bed also with attached bathroom, and the living room offers a pull-out, queen size sofa bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs. On site amenities include a health club, five pools, a movie theater, and a market that features Starbucks Coffee and fresh deli items. Other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. The building comes with the gorgeous view of the town also at the North side.


Majestic Towers is majestic! Owners and guests enjoy 650 feet of gulf front; three large outdoor pools; two heated indoor pools; wading pool with waterfall; baby pool; poolside snack bar and beach side vending area; two hot tubs; fitness center with steam and sauna rooms; covered parking; three boardwalks to the beach; movie theater; conference rooms; ground-floor market; onsite movie rental; game room; mail room. This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom condominium features hardwood floor throughout.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

VERY clean! We traveled with a 16 month old and I really appreciated the condo was kid/toddler friendly. All corners were rounded and no decorations were in reach of a very curious toddler. Mark was quick to respond to us when we had a question regarding the lock (it was user error ). Only warning- the dryer will eat/burn clothes, so I wouldn't suggest putting anything other than towels in the dryer. Let's be honest though, who is doing more laundry than swim and towels on vacation anyway? Overall, we were EXTREMELY pleased. We will for sure be back and book this exact condo again.

Everything was great. Unloading is a little bit of hassle but the stay was amazing. Loved our view. The place was nice and clean. Only bad thing the master bed was pretty loud. Every little movement was super loud.

Great beach front stay!!

This place was perfect for our family of 6! Check-in was so easy and we had everything we could need. From beach towels to kitchen items it was all there! Plenty to do in the area and the views are amazing! Nice beaches and the pools were a big hit too!

Adequate but busy

It was adequate, lacked some decent kitchen pans and utensils. The beach was more crowded than I anticipated. Need more elevators. Creaky beds and kinda dirty furniture.

Beautiful view from the 21st floor

Wonderful condo. Well appointed. Plenty of room. Unloading and loading process trying. Long walk from garage to elevators and condo however Majestic Towers is right in the middle of Panama City Beach.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB and it was a great location for our son participating in the Ironman event. The view was beautiful overlooking the beach and the condo was just right for the three of us.

If I could give this place a 100 stars I would! The first thing you need to know is that I am not easily impressed, and may be a little bit of a hotel/condo snob….but this condo EXCEEDED my expectations. As soon as we walked into this condo, it smelled CLEAN!! And as I do my typical walk through, it not only smells clean, but it IS clean!! From the baseboards to behind the beds to the showers! EVERYTHING! I have stayed in many condos/hotels and I can honestly say, this is THE CLEANEST place I have ever stayed!! Everything you need is in this condo plus it is the perfect location! Mark was SO responsive with every email we sent him and check in was a breeze! I would 1000% stay here again! Thank you Mark for making our stay SO AMAZING!! :)

Very clean & nice! Excellent communication with owner! Felt safe on property! Nice location!

I stayed here with my 14 year old son and 2 teenage friends. We felt very safe on the property. Had a very nice pool, store, restaurant and bar downstairs. They do have beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent. The condo was decorated very nice and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

A great stay

The place was as expected. Clean, right on the beach with everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and well/stocked. Host communication was excellent. Check in couldn’t have been easier, we got our codes via email and went right to the room.

The location is great. The beach and pools are easy to access. During our stay only one elevator worked consistently. Wait times were horrible. The beds squeaked with every move, especially the bunk beds. The kitchen needs some new/better cookware and a baking sheet. Needs a woman’s touch. We did enjoy the stay and location.
