Step outside, and you’re just moments from boutique shopping, casual cafés, and some of the area’s most sought-after restaurants, all set against the relaxed charm of Seacrest Village.



Guests enjoy access to a private stretch of sugar-white sand just a short stroll or tram ride away. Spend your days soaking up the sun with beach chair service available seasonally, or cool off at the community’s inviting pool. Whether you’re biking along 30A, exploring nearby town centers, or simply unwinding with a glass of wine after a day in the surf, Belle Vue blends location, comfort, and coastal style for a stay you’ll want to repeat year after year.



Trolley service unavailable November 1 - February 28/29.  If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have a reserved space on the beach.  On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking.  We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
